im trying to make a nice pic for my friends candle light vigile we are having in order to draw attention to his case (there have been 14 murders in 14 days in the area i live in) and the police dont seem to care.
im trying to make this as nice as i can, because its for someone who i was friends with, and anything less then my expectations would be a failure in my mind.
what i need help with is this...
this is what i have so far, but what i would like to do, is get the bible verse and put the text in the backround.
id like to know if there ius a way to do text wrap around an image so you can see the text without having to change the opacity on the pic.
