Okay, so, I am not sure if any of you have heard this proposed $2B park that is suppose to be located near Columbus, OH.

Here's the video from the creators talking about the park.

Matt brings up good points and I am also very confused.

If this does ever happen, I would totally go to this.

What are your thoughts on this? Does this ever happen?

I hadn't heard of this but that video is hilarious. Blatantly ripping Universal Studios footage? I think my favorite part is out of no where he's like "Butterfly Garden". It's just so random, I burst out laughing at that part. There is no way this ever comes to fruition, but I hope it does to see how big of a disaster this can really be.

Im not sure whats the deal with this thing, but I hope it happens. Anything to make Ohio attractive.

(But I'm not holding my breath)

Someone on Twitter pointed out that the rings around the planet in their logo are just two distorted Nike swooshes lmao

There's literally nothing to do in Columbus during the summertime when it's not football or hockey season so it might do well?

Assuming it's not all joke, which judging from that video...

But why does everyone tell me Columbus is the greatest thing ever?!?!

They really need to calm their tits and narrow down their demographics.

Assuming they can get approval (which I imagine they already did if the people behind it are legit and they are announcing it publicly), I think this idea is just crazy and ambitious enough to work.

Poor marketing spiel video aside, this is certainly not the worst idea of all time. Certain aspects do seem a bit silly (creating their own E-sports league?!), but big-picture....if this is done well it will be a huge attraction.

Columbus is easily the best Ohio city and it's not even close. Anybody who says there is "nothing to do in Columbus in the summer time" is either not from Columbus or ONLY thinks of big 4 live sports as an option for things to do.

P.S I love Cleveland and hate Cincy but Columbus is better than both.

Anyone who says there's anything to do in Columbus in the summer is probably an old fogey that considers yard work "something fun to do" or is originally from small town Ohio that doesn't know any better.

In all seriousness though Columbus does have great festivals in the summer and out of the 3 C cities is probably the best city to raise a family considering job prospects, growth, and current cost of living.

If they offer anal bleaching I'm in. But man that butterfly garden is weird.

That was hilarious. Guy sounded like he was just spouting stuff off on the fly.

I don't trust a guy that says "Restrunts"

Also, I hope he's got a couple million stashed for a good marketing and branding agency, because that video and his whole aesthetic is asssssssssssssss.

My comments were more so mocking the video and comments people have made here debating cities.

I like Columbus......but love Cleveland :D

I just got home from a party at my buddies place. I overheard a couple guys talking and immediately thought of that damn video. I made my way over and joined the conversation. One of these guys works at City Hall in Delaware, which is where this place is scheduled to go. They full expect this to happen and construction to take place within the next year - and they're pretty pissed about it.
