From the 50 votes cast till now, Suggs appears to be the fourth best prospect in the draft (well, not exactly, but it can be interpreted as that, too).

Now, in a hypothetical situation where the Cavs are picking at #4, and Cade-Mobley-Green being already taken, would you draft Suggs if you can't trade down?

Sure if they have a trade in the works for one of the Cavs current guard core.
Otherwise I don't see there being any chance Kuminga and Barnes or possibly a sleeper maybe Jalen Johnson don't hold similar or possibly more draft stock value given the current roster construction which they seem to be committed to than taking another small guard.
But I think there would absolutely be good offers to trade up for Suggs from teams in the 7-9 range that they could bargain a pick swap and maybe get a future similar to how Atlanta traded down and passed on Luka for Young and ultimately Reddish. However I don't think Koby would trade down and would more than likely just draft Kuminga who is a far better shooter than given credit for based on Ignite stats where he got to the rim at will

What makes you say this?

I like Kuminga as a prospect (now that @RchfldCavRaised sold me on him being the next Ron Artest) but he's every bit the bad shooter he's said to be, and he most certainly did not get to the rim at will (shot just 46.3% inside the arc for the Ignite).

I am not focused on his stats so there is that factor. His shot selection is a big problem for him but I guess it's videos like this that give me confidence he can become a dominant pro and improve pretty quickly those meh %'s with better coaching and more reps.

Not focused on stats, yet you said this:
"Kuminga who is a far better shooter than given credit for based on Ignite stats where he got to the rim at will"

If you want to say he passes the eye test, I won't argue. He does for me, too, despite the fact that I think he's a terrible shooter with a shaky handle. I was just confused by you literally saying it was based on his G-League stats.

I meant if you look at his stats you would not have confidence in his shooting not the opposite

I think Kuminga brings an RJ Barrett feel for the game vibe to the table and has more athleticism so sky is the limit just saying

Ah, the lack of punctuation makes it tough to tell. The English language is crazy.

sorry about my inability to be punctual t all times. I often assume people can read between the lines
when they can't so that's on me too.lol

Sure, I would. I think having two of Garland, Sexton and Suggs on the court at all times would lead to much improved offense over what we have now.

It seems fairly certain that Cade will be drafted #1. I personally have Mobley slightly higher than Cade, but so many experts can't be wrong.

I might be missing something, but I am not sold on Kuminga, Jalen Johnson, or Scottie Barnes. But I have watched just the scouting videos and game highlights on YouTube and not much else on them (whereas I've watched several live games of Cade, Suggs, Butler, ....).

My top picks are -
PG: Cade, Suggs, Butler
SG: Green, Moody, Duarte
SF: Wagner, Kispert, Kuminga, (Jalen Johnson)
PF: Petrusev, Kai Jones, Barnes, (Garuba)
C : Mobley, Sengun, Garza (why is he so low on so many big boards!!)

I put a lot more emphasis on how the prospect reads the game (from game highlights and scouting videos mainly - I admit that it's not the ideal way) than, say, athleticism.

[Ok, I just wanted to put those name somewhere without disturbing any threads/conversations :anv (13):]

Cade is a SF, not a PG

Much like with Harrison Barnes before him, I think the draft boards are lagging behind the scouting.

I would love to see Cade play SF for the Cavs in a lineup like Garland, Okoro, Cade, Love, Porzingis :celb (7):
