As far as #2 options...
I think you can rule out any Eastern Conference team because I don't think any of them will want to help out LeBron and the Cavs... And you can rule out any team that is trying or will be under the cap in 2010, because they won't want to help persuade him to stay in Cleveland...
You also have to factor in a team that is rebuilding, not re-tooling... Because we have the assets for rebuilding...
With that factored in, here's the possible guys:
Mike Miller
Corey Maggette
Ron Artest
Then in the "maybe, not likely but not impossible" pile:
Baron Davis
Elton Brand
Allen Iverson
Lamar Odom
maybe I was just being overly negative but I never reallly thought the Cavs had a shot at Redd and after I thought about it for a while I didn't see how they could get Miller from Memphis(now that he is a T-Wolve who knows) but I always thought that Corey Maggette was an realistic option. I know there are questions about injuries with him but I would take him.
never really thought much about Odom but if the Lakers are able to land Artest maybe Odom would be a possibility?
someone that was mentioned in another thread that was available around draft time is Rashad McCants. I have my reservations with him but there are others on the board who think he is about to break out. seems after trading for Mike Miller plus having Foye and Brewer McCants could be had?
