Brian Hoyer is your starting QB and will get about 2 full quarters maybe some time into the 3rd. Johnny Manziel is the back up and will play most of the 3rd and into the 4th.

Cleveland Browns first round pick, Justin Gilbert will start at CB opposite Joe Haden.
