if your on a team and guys on the other team take every chance to call you a b**** a p**** a bum, a choker, and every other name in the book would you join them?

Add on that the team you are currently on is good enough to beat that team and the only reason you lost in the first place is because you choked hard AF and jacked up trash shots burying your team

That’s KD folKs

This is the grown man who can sit and listen to a team call him all these names and disrespect him then join them the very next season....

That is like being cool with the jock who sexually assaulted your sister at a high school party.....

Some rules are unwritten.....so now that the deed is done i think it’s time for nba players to swallow their pride and challenge this GS team by making moves even More pussy than KD’s.

LeBron's legacy is pretty much a misstep in communication/pr in 2010. Which is really it at this point. Even then? It's been forgiven. The lack of any title here is not on him, but rather the circumstances around him.

Anyone here who is pissed he couldn't drag a team which had a .5 of a star to the point of getting an O'Brien trophy is naive and should be scoffed at. Jordan couldn't do that. Durant DEFINITLY couldn't have done that. Maybe a Tim Duncan/Pop coached Spurs team but that's literally it.

Durant's legacy with ESPN, Front running fans is established at this point. Same with the other players, and members of that organization.

No one will remember the circumstances under which the titles were won, the dirty play of Green, the lack of sportsmanship by Benedict Kerr, Curry, and Durant. People will just go "Durr...shiny ring. They good" and move on.

That's how this works with the NBA now. Doesn't matter any more how they're aquired, what city gets fucked over or where it's done. These studio gangsters get to now be compared to some of the Lakers, Celtics, Spurs and Bull dynasties because of this crap.

As for LeBron? I want to see him get his 4th. I don't -think- he can get it here with this coach, this roster and such.

If he has to do it? He has to do it. I completely understand. But I know the NBA is beyond saving at this point.

I think you are right. Although people in NE Ohio have forgiven him, Bron has never lost the stain of The Decision. His marketability took a hit after that, and it has never totally recovered. Once that little turd in Oakland stayed healthy enough to lead his team to 60 wins, he became the face of the league, and that was it for Bron, outside of Cleveland.

Plus, the league and ESPN resented Bron going to a small market, while giving SI the scoop. It has done everything it could to get him in a big market, since then. As always, NE Ohio gets shit on.

Wait. You're saying LeBron ISN'T very marketbal and ISN'T the face of the NBA?

What color is the sky in your world?

Nike, Coca Cola, and anyone who actually has their head out of their ass, yes, knows this.

ESPN and the "Embrace Debate" culture over there wouldn't know a good "brand" if it bit them square in the ass and showed them an increase in the 18-35 demographic.

Disney hates their ass right now because they view them as wasting a lot of money on frivolous bullshit.

Steph is the face of the league.

Steph and Durant get babied by the league and the refs.

Tell me: would Durant or Steph have ever gotten that kind of call reversed against them? We already KNOW the answer to that question.

Steph and Durant get superstar calls; LeBron does not. Tells you a lot about who the league is pushing, as its image.

That's the thing I can't understand here. if Lebron gets the calls those guys get, we are up 2-1 right now. It isn't really that dire, but the sky is falling because Lebron is in a contract year. I just don't see Lebron having a better chance anywhere but Houston, and that seems like a bitch move to me. I don't think he does that.

I’d rather him not go to Houston, bc I hate Harden, and I want Harden to never win a ring.

I would rather he go to Philly, to continue to destroy the souls of Boston and Toronto. He would make The Finals with better side-kicks and have a better shot at The Douchebags. Maybe even Fultz comes around and turns into an NBA player.

The attention on the Warriors winning has been trumped by the attention on LeBron’s impending free agency since before game 4 even ended.

LeBron’s lifetime Nike contract tells me all I need to know about his marketability and global impact. Stop with the whining hyperbole.

I question how effective guys like Harden and Ben Simmons would be beside LeBron. They need the ball, but so does LeBron. Simmons can't shoot and Harden is more of a rhythm shooter than a spot up guy. His best attribute is his flopping to get to the line and that doesn't happen if LeBron is isolating.

Kyrie worked well as a sidekick because he was an elite shooter. Playing alongside LeBron isn't as easy as broadcasters tell us it is. As Cavs fans, we've seen numerous guys come here and fail to meet expectations.

I think Harden would do fine because he's a very similar scorer to Kyrie. He's still a fantastic shooter and will attack closeouts much like Kyrie did. If LeBron is willing to be involved off the ball for CP3 to create, that team would be devastating.
