Hate to break it to ya, it just means that momma has a type.
Oh absolutely she does…and I don’t fit it, lol. Brad Pitt is her all-time crush, and I have neither his hairline nor his looks.

I find this hilarious because I just watched Whiplash for the first time about a month ago because my 11 year old is on a movie kick in which he’s watching critically acclaimed films regardless of whether it is a domestic or foreign film. The last 3 films he watched were Parasite, City of God, and La haine. That kid is way more smarter and cultured than I.

In an unmovie related note, he wanted a record player for Christmas, but not for scratching. The list of albums he wants includes every sing Tyler the Creator record since he’s his favorite musician. I question sometimes whether that boy is really mine. Thank god he has my hairline.
City of God is an amazing movie, but i remember having a really tough time watching it - horribly depressing to think of how hard the lives of those kids living in favelas must be.

I watched "Devotion" last night, I thought it was pretty good. The action sequences with the fighter planes were real good but I think the writing of the story was lacking to bring it to an Oscar worthy film. I think the premise was there but they didn't flush out the story enough. Regardless it's worth watching.

Watched The Menu.

It was meh. I'll never have the urge to ever watch it again. It was nice to see Judith Light is still alive, though.

4/10

I watched it last week and I would agree with this. It a forgettable movie. I think they didn't lay out the plot properly enough. There isn't really any suspense to the movie.

I thought it was decent, but maybe because I've like Anya Taylor-Joy since Queens Gambit and the movie is mainly about her character.

I did think Smile, which I watched the day before, was better.

New Colin ferrel movie is supposed to be great.

Handful of good ones in theatres right now

Anya Taylor Joy while a good actress is probably the least attractive main actress I've seen.
