Overall, It: Chapter Two was pretty good. I agree with most of the takes I've read that it's not as good as the first. This is unsurprising, as the first half of the It book was superior to the second half. Much like the first film, it's never really scary, at least not in my opinion. It's visually fun and gets batshit crazy at times, but I think knowing what happens basically sucks any suspense from it the whole thing. If anyone has seen the movies but never read the books, maybe you can enlighten me if you viewed it differently from a horror perspective.

All in all, I'd say it's a very well made horror flick that never feels like it's slow or uninteresting even though it's over an hour and a half long. It was kind of the opposite of Midsommar in that regard.

The cast was awesome. They got a great group of actors together and they all were fantastic in their respective roles. Bill Hader predictably steals the show, but I really only have one complain among the adult versions of the characters and that is with the guy who plays Henry Bowers. I don't know if it was the awful mullet or the actor just looking kind of slovenly and doughy in general, but man he just wasn't threatening at all. Big miss on that casting choice.

I liked the flashbacks to when they were kids, as I wasn't expecting any of the kids to appear in this one (at least not in a significant role...figured we might see Pennywise take the form of them or something) and it was a nice surprise since they were all so good in the first movie. Those scenes help to flesh out some things from the first film as well.

I'll give this one an 8 out of 10. If you enjoyed the first, watch it. It's damn near three hours long and I was never once bored.

Wasn't a big fan of IT Chapter Two. Thought Chapter One was much, much better.

6/10, really only because of the acting. Won't be watching this one again.

El Camino - 9/10

Enjoyed this one a lot. Very entertaining from start to finish and always a treat to revisit the Breaking Bad universe. Vince Gilligan did a fantastic job with this film. If you liked Breaking Bad, I can't imagine not enjoying this one.

It was ok. I get my fix of the"universe" from Better Call Saul, so that factor wasn't there for me. It was a solid 6 or 7/10, didn't really see the point of making it, but still good.

Leto Joker needs to be buried and forgotten.

My guess is we don’t get another Joker for at least a couple more continuations of BatPatt

Leto is reportedly finished in that role, in part due to his reaction to there being a stand-alone Joker film without him.

Oh, I know he's done. His Joker sucked and everybody knew it. I was just responding to somebody asking if he'd be reprising his role.

I’m not going to rate or anything like that. But I saw the The Lighthouse yesterday in a group. Half of them hated it. I personally liked it a lot. Probably due to the fact that it was weird as fuck.

The King (Netflix) is solid.

Fuck, I thought Irishman came out on flix today but I forgot that’s limited theater release.
