I just finally seeing "Inferno" the Dan Brown film on BBC America.

It isn't very good. Though I am pleased that they got rid of the terrible wig from the last two films.

Scoob is a fantastically entertaining movie

Dick Dastardly and Muttley
Captain Caveman
Blue Falcon and Dynomutt

Incredible piece of cinema

What are some good "classic" movies/movie series for an 8 year old girl?

She has seen and enjoyed Star Wars, Harry Potter, and the Marvel movies. Lord of the Rings was a little too hard to follow for some reason.

Amazon Prime had Beastmaster as a recommended movie that they think I might like.

They THINK I might like it? Fuck yeah, I like it! When I was 8, my mom would automatically say, "NO, you're NOT getting a ferret!" whenever I would approach her.

Onward:. 7.16/10

Typical Disney animated fare. Star-studded cast? Check. A dead parent? Check. Well-timed adult humor that goes over kids heads? Check. Cliff from Cheers? Check. What it lacked was rewatchability. No big song numbers to rope you in. Didn't get too engaged w the characters.

Finally watched Birds of Prey. It was far better than I thought it would be, but it was still nothing special. Sadly, I'd say it's the 4th best DC movie since the Dark Knight trilogy.

Middle Aged Milf F&*%@ Son-in-Law

6/10. Footage was a little grainy and my computer had trouble loading past the 2:38 mark. The character development was a little weak but the action scenes were good enough to warrant a second viewing 5-6 hours from now.

holds up on rewatch

Watched Knives Out last night. Don't see what the big deal was. Great performances all around, but the music annoyed the shit out of me and I had guessed the killer very early on.

Ana de Armas was particularly great and this should be a launching pad for her career(already she is in the new Bond movie).

Agreed, was pretty underwhelmed with the plot given the stacked cast.
