Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I just watched Requiem For a Dream for the first time ever....

GOD DAMN

I think I may be depressed now?

9.7/10

This song will never even be the same to me.... It's just the sound of lost dreams and ruining your life. I wished I watched it sooner.

There are few characters I hate more than Grandpa Joe.

Everyone absolutely needs to watch "strange thing about the Johnson's".

30 minutes long.

Riveting.

Guy just rapes his dad for decades and the dad eventually gets hit by a car when he tries to escape. Just taking Ls left and right

Sounds like a rom com.

The Batman was pretty good, but was too long. Probably could have cut a half hour off it.

Sounds like you pretty much gave away the plot, not sure what there is to watch now.

The Batman was good but nothing special outside of Colin ferrel

It's no strange thing about the Johnsons

Saw The Batman yesterday.

There was a lot to like and a lot that was ok. No major complaints.

Pattinson was an excellent Batman and an ok Bruce Wayne. I's say this Batman kicked the best ass of any of the Batmen to date. You could feel the anger in his punches. His fight scenes were well done.

The aesthetic of the movie was also great. When someone compared it to Se7en, they were spot on.

Catwoman was smokin' hot, but I didn't care as much about her as I was probably supposed to.

Colin Farell was unrecognizable as the Penguin. I liked how he wasn't a cartoon version and was just a regular guy who vaguely had the features of the character.

I'm not sure how I feel about the Riddler. He played a villain fairly well but I'm not sure if he was the Riddler though.

I liked it. It was kinda long but still good.

He was a mix between his character in there will be blood, Daniel Plainview, and the joker

I think the Pattinson Batman character, being so early in his career, is telling a great story. He thinks that the Batman is the only way he can help Gotham, and yet at the end he finds that there needs to be a symbol of hope.

I assume, if/when the next movie comes out, he's going to be more Bruce than Batman, or it will be based more on Bruce Wayne helping. There has already been hints at the orphanage and other such things.

It is the most subtle Batman to date, with easily the best Batman. It showed him being a real detective, which is something pretty much all the other movies avoid (ironic that it was actually Forever that maybe did the detective Batman best before this one).

If you are looking for a compelling Bruce Wayne, this one isn't going to be it. He's still trying to figure out that side. There is so much potential in future stories here, I hope they don't DCEU it and fuck it all up.
