Per ESPN. Ray Lewis will retire after 15 seasons as a Baltimore Raven.

Move over AFC North..

*Sigh* For the Brownies, -what could have been- turned into a nightmare for us for 17 years..

That said, great player, great leader.. The game will miss him.

Sweet. The division has been approaching this point for a while now...the AFC North is ripe for the taking. The stakes have never been higher than they are this offseason.

Pittsburgh looks human, the Ravens are shaky, the Bengals are fringe playoff contenders. It really shouldn't take much with our young core in place to pass these guys up.

Does that mean I think we will? Hell no. At the end of the day we're still the Browns.

Be sure to let the door hit you on the way out.

A trip down memory lane.

Old Browns last draft in Cleveland. Belichick loves Kyle Brady out of PSU. Gets taken by the Jets right before we pick. He panics. Clock gets down to 5 seconds. Finally trades WAY down to SF. SF takes JJ Stokes. We take Craig Powell. Part of the trade was SF's 1st rounder...the following year. That becomes future convicted felon Ray Lewis.

Sigh.

Him and Art Modell dancing together after a Super Bowl is still a gross image.

best defensive player of my generation

Aren't you in your young 20s? Ray Lewis is almost double your age.

Nice to see the Steelers and Ravens stars start retiring, now we need to keep hitting on our draft picks and get ourselves a good HC to take over the division.

Was looking for a video I used to watch of him to get me pumped up but ending up watching about 45 minutes of videos. Dude is such an awesome motivator and so intense. If your a football fan and don't respect him its a shame. Favorite defensive player for sometime. Game will miss him

:spin: :licker: :headbang: :drink: :yay: :boxer:

HOFamer. NFL will miss him, I won't.

First ballot HOF for certain.

That being said, I can't wait to see his face when he gets bounced from the playoffs this year and is denied a final chance at getting another ring as a player.

as someone that lives in baltimore nothing would make my weekend more to have the colts bounce the ravens in ray lewis's last game

One of the greatest defensive players of all time, he will definitely be missed by the Ravens fans. He has been the heart and soul of the defense.

Lets go Ravens, Win it all for Ray Ray!
