Yup.

It takes a special kind of misery to lose six weeks in a row.
 
Crazy how low scoring this week was across the board. No team projected to crest 130 points.
 
So, I lose Derrick Henry for the year...and try to pick up his back up but lose out due to rankings (not sure how those are made). Beside the point, as I believe the person that loses their Starter for the season should have first crack at his back up.

Good news is I did not even crack 50 points last week...lol.
 
Just when I thought things might start turning around with some guys coming off injury, Rodgers goes out and gets COVID.

And he's not vaccinated so he'll be out for a bit longer.

The waiver rankings are according to draft order. My illiterate son's draft lottery giveth, yet also taketh away.
 
That's what I don't understand....sometimes I'm top 5 in waiver order, other times I'm 12. I always assumed it was by the number of transactions...the more you make, the lower you fall on the priority scale.

On a related note, anyone want to queue up next year and trade someone to me for Derrick Henry?

If anyone is interesting in building for next year, Michael Thomas (7th round keeper value) is available. Looking for a decent WR or RB I can play this year.
 
This is the worst defeat in a nightmare season.

Losing to the last place team that didn't even play a QB.

I'm over here emptying my bench this week as well. Had to go without a defense because Calvin Ridley doesn't know if he wants to play football. This week was so crazy, the Ridley drama isn't even talked about.

I played it by the numbers this week.

The Rodgers (fuck that guy) fiasco meant I needed a QB. So I was choosing between Jimmy G and Tyrod Taylor. Picked Taylor because he had an easier opponent, all the numbers said he'd do better. And he had the worst possible game. I could have literally played anyone else and done better.

I didn't play Kittle because he was going to be limited in snap count against a tough D. He fucking blew up.

Had I went with either of them I would have cruised to an easy victory.

Oh well.
 
@Randolphkeys, I will say this though: My team is finally getting healthy and it is absolutely loaded now thanks to some waiver wire magic (who dropped Renfrow and Carson?).

If I can somehow make the playoffs it will be a tough out.

Unless it gets crippled again.
