Touch is pretty good place. My parents have had a business in the area for years now, and I've been there a few times for lunch and drinks. Apparently the last Saturday of every month they do an old school hip hop night. I haven't been to it yet, but I hear it's pretty solid.

I vote for Draft Day. That would be great.

Any updates? Are we going to try to have a get together on Feb. 6th and Draft day?

I'm still gunning for the Knicks day. We are searching for a venue with more TV's to watch the game. Touch only has 2 TV's and I think it might be a little small to have something like that.

I might throw a facebook invite out there to see how many people will attend so I can judge on getting a bigger venue or not. If it goes to over 30 people we will need bigger space.

Winking Lizard's in Lakewood......lots of open floor space......not a ton of seating though.

You should try Johnny J's in Akron unless Cleveland is a necessity. Bar is like three months old and has over 30 big screen TV's with a ton of seating.

I plan on attending this event as long as it is downtown or near downtown since I will be going to the game that evening.

A few questions for you Glen. What time are you looking to start at, regardless of the venue? After the game will the get together still be going on?

Lastly for those that attend will we get get really cool RCF Name tags :D ?

As for suggestions to watch the game The Blind Pig or Barley House are always nice spots or McCarthy's Downtown have plenty of TV's if Touch is not going to happen.

And just to throw this out there, there is always Nick's on prospect for after the game for cheap beer and liquors ;)

Although I am willing to travel to downtown Cleveland, A vote on location may also be a good idea to maybe find a more central location for everyone planning on attending. Personally, downtown is a little over an hour drive for me and anything more southern would help tremendously......even something like Champs in Independance would be good.

I'm thinking that the odds of it happening for Feb. 6 is really low.

And that probably means that a new poll of games is needed as well as a poll of the possible places.

I don't think Akron is really an option for viewing a game at this time.

Also down for this. Maybe something slightly outside of downtown? If we did somewhere in Lakewood or the Burbs we will probably have alot more seating, etc.

A place like BW3 or Winking Lizard would probably have alot of seating but also might not be as fun, if people are trying to stay out downtown after since it is a saturday...

I don't really see the Barley House as an option on a Saturday, it will be packed and we wouldn't be able to hear each other talk.

This.

If I'm going, I'd like it to be sports oriented. If I want to go to the barely house I'd be looking to bang some 19 year olds.
