We had a mixed year coaching wise. Who was your pick from the bunch?

Tough call here. I like what Kenny Natt did. He seemed to do the most work individually with the players. Our head coaches both failed, but did have their strengths too. But from where I stand (a long way away), Natt deserves the nod.

Malone gets my vote. He seemed to be doing a solid job on the sidelines as an assistant to Silas. He got thrown into the head coaching position and did an admirable job there considering the time he recieved to get the players into his coaching scheme.

I voted for nobody because none of them deserved a vote.

Stephen Silas..

But no, seriously, I picked Malone because he was our head coach at the end...and thats really I had to vote on.

Paul Silas was the only real coach among them, and we will see him on the other teams bench next year...

I picked Malone because I thought he did a reasonable job under very trying circumstances, which included assisting Silas the Scowler and then following him as head coach down a very difficult series of tough games played down the stretch without a healthy Z and with a headcase McInnis. My only reservation about Natt is that he is reputed to have talked Paxson and Silas into trading a first-round draft pick for Pavlovic.

Wes Wilcox sounds like the alter-ego of a superhero, so I picked him.

I went with Malone although there wasn't much to choose from. he was put in a very difficult situation and did alright under tough circumstances. He also brought an experienced veteran voice to Silas' staff this season.

The Cavs really need an upgrade throughout the organization from scouting to front office personnel to the entire coaching staff. At least Silas' assistants were better in his 2nd year than his 1st year.

I voted for Silas because we were playing .500 ball when he was on our bench.

well rcf members should have been an option because we knew what to do more than they did. at least i feel i could have dont a better job. :D
