Are there topics people think are good to cover coming up?

I want to take on the salary cap through the lens of the receiver room and defensive line in the last part of the series. After that the rest of the writing team will look at the divisions.

Any other good topics we can tackle? Appreciate any and all ideas. The articles are just a more public extension of the forum.

I’d love to know what you think about how the oline depth shakes out. There are like 7-8 guys who I think have a legit shot at making the team as a backup.

I’m going to try and write an article using stats and some advanced regression stuff. I’m interested in how Stefanski’s playcalling impacted the offense and if it is sustainable. I really don’t know the answer, which means it’ll be fun.

Ironically and I actually being serious. 2 seperate topics is talking about our lines and depth. The defensive line has been completely remade. Who do we see starting, who will make rotations, will they play Myles at DT?, ect.

As for OL, maybe talk about depth, starters are pretty obvious, but who do we think are going to make the squad as backups, who is our primary backup at each position, ect. Will we have another "Some guy I just met named Blake" situation?

For the DT, maybe look at what positions our new players have played for other teams? Strict 4-3 guys, or some 3-4, any of the ends move inside? ect.

If you guys were interesting in doing a salary cap 3 I think doing an indepth look at the WRs would be fun. It would bring around some fun discussion (though a lot of those have been had around here)

That's exactly what I'm halfway done writing! Thanks for reading the lead up closely, Bob!

Here's some of that 2022 salary cap projecting I was talkin' 'bout.

Please read, retweet if you feel like it's worth it.

I just wrote what is probably a ranting article that is not that great... but I used my quantitative skill to run a data study on Chubb's value to the Browns.

Don't skip part 3, really the key to why an elite running back is still so key in a passing era.

Dude you slayed this. Great job!

Again, reading is appreciated and sharing outside of the RCF website with others is appreciated even more:

Keys - this is fantastic. Great job!

Do you think Elliot can be an NFL starter? I loved his ability to create interior pass rush in college, but he looked outmatched last year.

As you probably remember, PFF went googly eyes for Eliott his two years at Missouri going against stiff SEC competition. They ranked him with first round production on his film study.

Nothing impressed me with Elliott as a rookie. He rotated in behind Richardson with minimal disruption. But what we are hearing from Chris Kiffin bumps Elliott up to the short list of intriguing young Browns. Lighter and quicker is needed next to all the attention Clowney and Garrett are about to attract.
