There are 6 to 8 quarterbacks who could be moved this offseason who would absolutely give the Browns more production than they got out of 2021 Mayfield.

But we all know a healthy Mayfield is almost certainly going to give more Production than he gave in 2021 too. Will it be equal to 2020? Will it be slightly more? Slightly less? That's what we don't know.

So it boils down to two things for me.

1. How much better do the Browns think one of the veteran QBs would play compared to a healthy Mayfield?

2. How much would it cost in terms of draft pick compensation to acquire said veteran?
I think the topic has been beaten into the Earth and this is the perfect summary.

I've always thought unless its the Rodgers or Wilson, Baker will be back next year because the cost/benefit of acquiring anyone else is minimal if not negative.

And if that's the case, I want Baker to ball out.

Browns fan twitter is the worst. I want to block every last one of them.
Mute liberallly.

Twitter is great for laughing at people rolling in shit, when they simply think they are playing in the mud.

Jimmy G isn't anywhere near an upgrade on Baker. I will never, ever be convinced of it.

He's a backup QB with a pretty face. He's bizarro Sam Darnold.
Jimmy G scored Kiara Mia though.. pornstar or not, she was a 5 star bitch

Cross Jimmy G off. He is absolutely awful.

Jimmy G 2021/22 is better. But you're right I don't think Jimmy is better than Baker when both are healthy.

So I will stay thinking unless a future HOF'er falls in our lap, its Baker next year.

So ummmm we all just going to ignore that happened

This is based of a 10 game sample from 2020 when we had a soft schedule?

It's hard to have a real discussion if you won't just accept he's played well at times.

Isn’t this the whole point that Baker supporters are making though? You guys continue to prop Baker up off of a 10 game stretch in 2020 when we are comparing his entire body of work to other QB’s.

Ever time another option at QB get mentioned they get shit down and people say they suck or aren’t an upgrade over Baker but what those people are slinging is clinging to a 10 game stretch in 2020 when we were playing a soft schedule in half empty stadiums.

Baker has played 60 games and we’re supposed to believe that overall going forward he’s more likely to be as good as he was in a 10 game stretch in 2020 against a soft schedule and empty stadiums than the other 50 games of his career? Forgive me for not buying what people are selling.

I watch highlights of the Titans game and Baker was just on another level. Why he hasn't put it all together is beyond me. But I understand there are a ton of variables to this.
