I was supposed to see ZZ-Top at a benefit show. Evidently there was a huge disagreement about compensation and they didn't play, My Morning Jacket graciously filled in.

So that's another epic band I will never get to see. Sum-bitch.

A bit odd that Dusty left a mini tour, it was said he was having issues with a hip. Zz Top continued with a substitute on bass. Ten days later, Hill dies peacefully in his sleep. A rocking little combo. RIP
