We lost a great player and exec. Probably a top 30 all time great, and a great executive and human being. Natural causes, 86 years old, but its always too early when you lose a great one.

 
One of the best players who never won a ring. Came so close against the Celtics so many times, and then in his last shot the Lakers lost Game 7 against the Knicks.

When you look at his highlight reel- he was just build differently than everyone else. He wasn't the tallest guy out there but he was stronger, faster and more agile than the rest. The way he moved was just so different than everyone else and no one had seen anything like him up to that point. They could not stop him.
