Round 1 Game 2 -| Cavs vs. Bulls | April 19, 2010 | 8:00 EST TNT

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I really feel like we got the Bulls best effort tonight. They had three guys score over 20 which basically never happens for them. They only missed 1 free throw the entire game and they only turned the ball over four times. These are not normal numbers for that team. Blame some of it on shoddy Cavalier rebounding and defense, but they really played over their heads in stretches tonight.

They played pretty much flawlessly offensively, seemed to get every bounce on the offensive glass, and still ended up losing by 10 points.

I'm still predicting a sweep.

One thing I will say is that I'm actually glad we got Chicago and not Toronto because I feel like we would have really blown the doors off Toronto in 4 laugher games and wouldn't have had to fight and claw and try hard like we've had to do in this series so far. The Bulls are playing their hearts out and forcing the Cavs to give effort, which can only help the Cavs out in the long run.

Well put. I think sweeping the Pistons and Hawks last year, with a lot of the effort coming mostly from LeBron, with the rest of the team just coasting, didn't really do the team any favors as far as morale goes. I'd like The Cavs to stay on their toes throughout the entire playoff. Let 'em fight for each win. The reward is more than worth it.

I agree with the previous posts about the Cavs being pushed more..this didn't happen last year until the Orlando series ,even though it was a mismatch weakness..
The Bulls did play tougher and I thought the Cavs didn't respond with the same aggression ..yet they still pulled away late...
Come Thursday the Bulls will play like this again.
For the Cavs not to get blindsided they must hit them hard early and not let them get a big lead and get momentum at all..

I think the whole "didnt face any tough competition angle" is overrated. The cavs werent playing period and had a long long time off before facing the magic, that doesnt really get pointed out much
