Round 2, Game 6 | Cavaliers vs. Celtics | Thursday, May 13 | 8:00 ET

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
After yeasterdays shitty performance and a waste of time, I will NOT be watching game 6 simply to be let down by lack of emtion, effort, and willingness to win on LBJ's part. IF LBJ decides to actually play and win game 6, then LBJ will have EARNED my time as a fan to participate in the viewing of game 7. If Mike Brown decides to only play those that have heart and bench those without, then that's a different story, and I will watch game 6 and support my team and Bron can sit his ass on the bench or pack his bags or take down the banner in Cleveland...don't matter. With that said, LeBron should refund that poor kid from England's money for the plain ticket to fly down here for nothing. At least D Wade has heart and played his best knowing that he was going to loose the series, unlike LBJ who only tried when Jay-Z was in the stands. It's one thing to get outplayed, it's another to simply give up on your city, team, and the NBA by not trying. Every fan in Cleveland feels cheated.

I will not watch this game.. My heart can't take another playoff ending loss. I will be looking forward to waking up to a victory morning.

As much as last night pained me to sit through, I'm going to watch the game. Just like you guys said, we'll know within the first six minutes of this game who's going to win.

That said, I have an eerie feeling that we're going to be ok...

I'm watching it if only because it could be Lebron's last game in Cleveland...

LeBron says if he has to go all 48:00 tomorrow night, so be it...he'll get a good night's rest tonight as a result..

I'm feeling very confident, just look back at D-Wades game 4 vs the Celtics where he could of got eliminated, LeBron won't quit on us... I know it.

I'm a wreck right now. I'm literally shaking at the thought of Game 6. Flashes of some of the worst nights of my life roll through my head. My life is pretty great in a lot of fucking ways, but I feel like shit right now. I just don't know... I don't know if I can do this again. Windy's whole "Can't dodge the feeling that the fallout from this night and effort could be felt for years. That's the reality" is terrifying. I want to dismiss it. I want to say let's not sound the alarms. I want to say that we've survived worse series deficits with far worse teams. But I can't. I haven't given up, but much like the terrified people TNT got off on showing in the crowd last night, my head is in my hands. Come tomorrow night, I'm sure I'll be watching through slightly spread and trembling fingers.

Go Cavs.

LOL, I can tell myself a million times that I am not watching the game because I am angry at their effort but I will just turn on the computer and check espn scoreboard every 3 seconds.

Even if they lose, all I want to see is that they played their hearts out. What we have seen so far this post season is just not going to get it done. If they come out and lose like they did last game, I will have no respect for anyone on that team again.

With all this talk about LeBron in game 6 I am more interested in how others respond. This game will define the careers of Mo and Jamison.

LeBron will be set on matter what. He'll get his max deal and endorsements.
Shaq already has 4 rings so he's set. If he gets another, that's great. If not, he's still an all-timer.
Mike Brown, is likely gone a) if the Cavs don't win it all or b) if they win it all and LeBron does not want him back. He's likely gone.

It's the fate of Mo and Jamison this game/series will decide.

For Jamison, he will probably never get this close again. If LBJ leaves, he's stuck here with an expensive contract on a declining team probably headed back to the lottery.

For Mo, he's teetering on the brink of either being an cog in a championship contender for a few years or a journeyman. If LBJ leaves, Mo could easily be traded to his 4th team and be one of those guys who never stays very long anywhere.

It's those two guys who must step up and provide the help. It's a career altering game for them.

I will be watching, of course... I want to watch either our team play awesome or the trainwreck... Either way, like many of us, I wouldn't be anywhere else...

 at LeBron. He should be able to play all 48 minutes with his effort level.

Must be so physically taxing standing in that corner watching or pounding the ball for 15 seconds and then passing.

I was actually looking for a Replacements clip to use in the game preview, but no luck.

It's the one at halftime when they ask Gene Hackman's character what it'll take to win and he says "heart." They ask him to elaborate and he just points to his chest and says "lots and lots of heart." Seems appropriate given last game.
