I guess Lebron was right a long time ago in saying "A Lebron James team is never desperate"

I don't know how far we'll go in this postseason but I'm so fucking proud of this team. In the past we've seen Cavs teams roll over against the Magic or the Celtics the second time so with all the injuries and inexperience I like the fight we displayed throughout this series. For once the "next man up" mantra wasn't just a bullshit phrase we actually executed it. A lot of credit has to go to Coach Blatt and the coaching staff for making the right adjustments and putting the players in a position to win all six games.

Also I'm so glad we beat the Bulls. The Bulls are the most overrated team in the league and they've been that way since 2010. Sure they've had to deal with injuries and losing Rose at his peak (back in 2011) was probably a death blow for their realistic championship window but it was unbearable about how much love this team got all year. People really thought this subpar offensive and declining defensive team had a shot at not just winning the east but somehow winning the whole thing. I really want to know what the excuse is this time for why they didn't get it done.

Wow, that box score is whack as fuck. Delly MVP? LOL! Can't wait to watch the 4th quarter (I got to watch the 3rd quarter on the plane on my phone, take off took awhile)..

I asked the pilot when we boarded to announce the final score, and he did. People on the plane went nuts haha. (It was a flight to Cleveland).

Go Cavs.

@CavsSimmy

I think he meant it as an "old man" type thing, but it was a little weird...
Ya. He meant it like he isn't a brother to them like most teammates call each other. He's the father cuz he's too old to be brothers with his teammates. Pretty funny joke.

Um, what the hell just happened? Delly just lead a playoff game in scoring and it was a Cavs blowout in a series clincher? I smell toast and my left arm is numb, is that a heart attack?

Extremely proud of this squad, mainly for the guys no one outside of the fanbase gives 2 shits over. Shumpert opened some eyes this series to a lot of them, keeping him in the starting unit kept him in a nice rhythm and I love his defense on Rose.

TT is all arms on the rebounding edge, this cat has a motor you can't teach. See ball, get ball. 17 boards and he seemed to just want the ball. 13 points is an added bonus.

Big blow when Irving went down but I loved the fact that it was just the sore knee and awesome move by the coach to keep him on the bench, a lot of rest is going to work miracles for that cat.

Of course, James is James. Delly with 19 and he fucking outplayed Rose. Wow. Extremely glad to see that Aussie kicking butt.

Did not think the Cavs could win in Chicago with LBJ with 15 but everyone stepped up.

Plus it just feels so good to beat the fucking Chicago Bulls.

I kept thinking the Bulls would make a run, they never did. 37% from the floor, 20% from the 3...the defense was stellar as well...

Bring on whoever they face next, this is going to be fun.

Also, fuck you Noah. You can come to Cleveland, but you will probably be stabbed.

The trust Blatt gave to Delly this entire season paid off... great game by him. I don't think he can average 20ppg but it's great to gave a bench player who can catch a day and shoot the bouse down

Not just Delly mind you. JR was non-existent in the Boston series and was branded as a playoff choker by many people including some Cavs fans after learning his playoff record. Then JR got suspended for 2 huge games but The Blatt was never fazed, he played him until he got his groove and it totally paid off in the final moments of the Thibodeau era that contributed to its downfall.

Blatt genuinely cares and believes in all of his players. Sometimes, it came to a point that it was annoying to some fans.

Accept for hayword. Nobody belives in Hayword

Wow huge game, this one had it all in a blowout somehow, physicality, adversity, and key decisions. Huge steps up by TT, JR, Shump, and Delly. Even JJ had his moments in this one. One guy I thought would be playing by now is Matrix, he seemed to have it going a bit before his injury, but I'm not complaining.

Huge decisions by Blatt to keep Lebron in with 4 fouls. If he picks up a 5th in the 3rd there would have been no end to the criticisms. Also, I liked how we got to keep Kyrie out, that may have kept him available for the ECF, preventing aggravation of further injury.

The way Pau was playing in the first and the Kyrie injury had me thinking the worst, but our bigs are incredible, and next year we get Andy and hopefully Love back too. Love was a huge part of countering the Bulls, and Blatt did an awesome job of game planning without.

Both the Wizards and Hawks present some matchup problems, so it's going to be only tougher from here on out. Hopefully a bit of time gets some of these injuries under control a bit

i disagreed because delly doesn't do that

feel free to disagree w/ my post to get even but you are wrong

Quite the contrary...I am rather impressed that you are so knowledgeable about Delly's sexual standards and sports superstitions.
