Round 3, Game 1 | Cavs @ Atlanta | May 20th, 2015 | 8:30pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I seriously can't believe people aren't more up for this game.

I believe this will be our finest hour!

Tell them, @King Stannis! We have bested our foes from north of The Wall. We have defeated those who tried to usurp our claim to the North, and now we march on King's Landing. The Seven Kingdoms will be ours!

Ahem.

We need to be living with Teague and Schroeder jumpshots. Those mofos can't hit jumpers consistently to save their lives.

Milsap is looking pretty close to dirty. Can't play offense or defense without using elbows and shoulders.

Not necessarily true. We already laid down in the 4th quarter of this game after we thought we had the game won. Which now, that might be a blessing in disguise that we got that out of the way and will be more prepared and focused for game 2.

I think that's a bit harsh. We were still competing on defense. LeBron just let us get stagnant on the offensive end.

I just watched the 30 for 30 on the Pistons Bad Boys. Mahorn and The Worm spent the whole Lakers series getting in Worthy's head, until he cracked. Then, the Pistons knew they had the Lakers defeated.

I hate the Pistons, but I would like to see Millsap annoyed to the point of cracking, just like that. He got frustrated tonight.

That 30 for 30 is really excellent. Def one of best.

He's a 30 year old undersized PF. He has to compensate for the inevitable regression somehow.

Atlanta's game was so boring and I think Celtics playing with nothing to lose was more entertaining than these clowns.

If/when the Cavs crush the Hawks, songs will be sung of the King Who Would Not Quit.

LeBron may be putting together the most legendary Championship run in NBA history. His host is bruised and battered but it has more courage and heart than all other playoff teams combined. That is how wars are won.

Whoa, what a roller coaster of emotions that game was.

From the first few minutes, I immediately thought this was another feel out game and it's going to be a hard contest.

Then all of a sudden, Cleveland remains close and gets over the hurdle and I am digging it.

JR goes absolutely ape-shit in the 3rd and beginning of 4th and I am ecstatic.

All of a sudden, 4 point game with less than a minute. Blah, I was seriously dumbfounded, boo.

Free throws and a clutch dunk by James seals the win.

So I was happy, horny, angry, mad and hungry throughout this game. Just too many emotions, I feel spent and I sat on my fat ass on the couch for 3 hours.

Seriously though, hell of an effort by the team tonight. JR Smith was HUGE, one of the keys to beating Atlanta is guarding Korver and Smith took over his role as simply unstoppable beyond the arc. 28 points and a record in the postseason for 3s earned him an on court interview with TNT afterwards. Another key contributor was TT, 14 and 10 and even Mosgov had a double-double (10 and 11).

Of course, James is James but aside from the individual standpoint, look at the team stats. +12 on the boards and defending the 3 from a team with Korver to just 17% is astonishing.

Just an all around good effort by our guys tonight, the Cavs gut punched the Hawks and now with the Hawks in the unknown with a key guy and just how they lost this game that, let's be honest, was their's to take, only time will tell...

I was scared of Teague but then when JR got hot, even though Teague wasn't guarding him, he seemed to have disappeared. Also, I am not happy at the injury but its a breath of fresh air for it to be on the opponent as opposed to a Cavs player.

If they had Sefolosha it would have been a MUCH different game! ~Chris Webber

I find it "squeeze my ball sack" hilarious that the media continues to neglect the fact that Kevin Love isn't playing and that Kyrie Irving is barely playing on one leg.
