Laker fan here. As far as criticizing one's team, well, it is just the nature of the beast! You criticize the ones you love, otherwise you don't because you just don't give a damn!Ugh. Remember how we make fun of Lakers fans on LG for crucifying their team after every loss? Well maybe we need to look in the mirror before we do next time because this is pathetic. We lost one game. All we need to do is win Tuesday night and the past doesn't matter. It's best 2 of 3 with 67% of the games being played at the Q where we've lost three times(really twice when we try) out of 47. Let's just live by the Cavs mantra and do this thing one at a time. Did anyone seriously believe we'd take 2 at ORL? Because I didn't. It would have been great, but I knew it was incredibly unlikely. Let's focus on getting a split. If we can't win one god damned road game when it counts, we don't deserve a championship.
Let's go Cavs.
Don't make the mistake of getting down and out on the team now. They are the best team in the East, unfortunately, every team has a bête noire, one that just matches up well. Yours is Orlando, and the team will just have to gut it out and find a way to vanify their strengths. It is obvious that the one defect that Cavs have is the weakness of the interior defense under the basket. Last night, however, they played pretty well under the basket though the refs decided to make the game an extravaganza of fouls. However, the Cavs played their best defense of the series and they will have to keep it up for the crucial Game 4. The only thing they need to change is to spread the Orlando interior defense by hitting their outside shots!!!!
I expect a war in Game 4 and for the Cav's MIA's to come out and help James on the offense. I expect them to win Game 4! It would also help if the bench players could extract their thumbs from their butts, and actually do something useful...
One thing that I did notice during the game is that the Cav's players seem to have lost their brashness. They have to regain their killing instinct, like now! If they can not, then Orlando has already done a good job in psychologically determining the outcome of this Series.
James had a bad game, for him. I don't expect a repeat in Game 4!
