The greatest Cavs (or any NBA team for that matter) forum is bringing the discussion to your eardrums with the Rubber Rim Job Podcast. This show will be a call-in format with prerecorded calls and "moderators" keeping the discussion going. We won't pretend to be the most "connected" or the most "exclusive", but what we will do, is open a microphone for all of you to shoot your shot with takes, rants and whatever you'd like to get off your chest about the team and league that brought us all to our beloved RCF community.
A team of mods and tenured posters are rotating behind the control boards and microphones breaking down post game takes, pregame calls and general NBA or hot button Cavs off the court topics.
How Do You Call In?
1. Dial 2162826289
2. Give your RCF screenname (or first name)
3. and then SOUND OFF in 24 seconds or less to be included in the next show (first episode is being recorded tonight right after we stomp the Wizards) so call now and give your take on either the recent Knicks win, call during the game and vent about the Wizards cheating or whatever is on your mind related to the NBA season to date in 24 seconds or less.
Each show we will chose one of the prerecorded callers to join us for a 10 minute segment where we effectively "turn their shot clock off" so bring your top game when you shoot your initial shot if you'd like to get a call and join the crew. Be prepared to share how you became a Cavs fan or whatever team you hold dearest to your heart and where you're from if you join the crew.
As we iron out the kinks, join us in the Real Cleveland Fans Media>Rubber Rim Job section of the site for threads for topics for future episode call-ins, and to listen to episodes past. Also, all archived episodes will be published wherever you get your favorite podcasts shows (spotify, apple music, etc) shortly after publication.
