She specifically said she did not ask to be knocked unconscious and Bauer apologized in the materials I linked.

We get it.

Bauer couldn’t help himself, he couldn’t possibly not knock her unconscious. It’s her fault too, because she “asked for it.”

She invited him back, as such, being nearly bludgeoned to death is nobody’s fault.

Just let us know when he can play baseball again, he’s a victim.

She invited him again after he did that though and she could have easily ghosted him or told him they weren't meeting again... If you ask someone to do something again, would you believe that what you did the first time was going to far?

He's not a victim since he did go to far and he needs to work on his issues, but he got suspended about 5x times as worse as someone who was abusing and beating their wife. Suspensions need to be fair and his wasnt...

He was at fault for how far he went and she's at fault for inviting him to do it again.

Bauer should have never gotten worse than a full season suspension/162 game suspension because by law and at the end of the day, he actually should have been suspended for 324 when he did way less than someone who only got a part of a season suspension for beating and abusing a wife...

No aid.. IDK about being a victim... the unsatisfied conditional statement hasn't been vetted. Until it is, then no victimhood.. only the chance he is or isn't..

Eye roll all you want..

Accountability begins, stays and ends with the full understanding of the comments made.. The times haven't changed for that..

Just remember with AZ_ if you look at or talk about a woman in the wrong way, he believes its sexual assult and you should be in jail...

He accepted and then proceeded to beat her until she was unconscious.

She did not ask for that.

Not seeing how that makes any of this her fault.

Can’t help but notice you say that “she could have ghosted him” or “told him they weren’t meeting again”…

Yet Bauer could have done the same, instead he beat the shit out of her.

That was his choice. Not hers.

I am sorry I started this exchange today saying they were both to blame. Yet, I would like to know exactly when that video was taken as they hooked up twice w first being one w black eyes which she didn't have and 2nd being where she was unconscious with all punches and after being choked out again but neck seemed fine, maybe fat lip. The nurse who examined her said some of it Could have came due to ibuprofen and 2 other meds she took and made things look worse.

And, I am not coming to his defense as I said day 1 in these BDSM relationships, you need a pre-agreement on what is fine and what goes to far as consent is critical. But, they actually started but left off her initial filing and reason for some possible confusion.

In messages seen by The Sun Bauer appears to suggest "slaps in the face" to which Hill responds: "yes yes yes."

She is also said to have written: "The pink socks stay ON while cuddling...Buttttt offff [sic] when it's time to choke me out."
----------------
She was also unconscious in both encounters and did text after first ...

"Never been more turned on in my life. Gimme all the pain. Rawr."

So again sorry to bring this up today when the season sb peace and joy. Just trying to show more than 1 side of story and try to understand it better ... but Bauer is not totally a victim nor guilty facing years in prison, nor is she a total victim.

agree with this.. or the truth remains elusively unrevealed.. he could be a scumbag and her a victim as well as the reverse.. we just don't know..

Why do you consistently put words in people’s mouths like this?

Does nothing for your argument, I’m guessing you do it because your argument itself is garbage.

He did it the first time and she invited him to do it again...

No, he didn’t knock her unconscious the first time.

You spend so much time here talking about an issue you’re not even willing to learn the basic facts of, or recite correctly.

Then find yourself entitled to put words in my mouth…

Impossible to respect that.

Why do you think future actions change previous ones?

If my buddy gets drunk, assaults me, breaks my arm, but then eventually we're friends again, does that change what happened?

Well it goes like this and some of what @petes999 kind of supports what I believe happened...

She invited him to hookup and they got rough and instead of calling him out for his actions, she invited him again and asked him to be rough again... In Bauer's mind, this gave him permission/consent to be rough since he was the first time and she asked for it again. From his point of view, he was doing what hr thought she wanted...

Your scenario is a bit different, since you likely discussed and worked out that if he wants to be friends again, not to do shit like that again. In Bauer's mind she okayed the roughness, so in your scenario, did you okay his actions and say he could do it again?

If she didn't give consent for Bauer to beat her unconscious, and Bauer did indeed beat her unconscious, then nothing else matters. Can we agree there?

He gave her a black eye and whatnot, so she okayed being hit and if those text messages that petes999 are true, she asked for the rougher the better, which in Bauer's mind said hitting her is okay and he had consent to do it.

What people don't see is who Bauer is... From what i see and can telll, He has some ADHD tendencies and it causes some social issues. If you don't correct his actions, then he will keep doing it until you tell him about it. In his mind, she said it was okay to do these actions.

If she didn't give consent for Bauer to beat her unconscious, and Bauer did indeed beat her unconscious, then nothing else matters. Can we agree there?

I have a hunch, he likely didn't even notice she was actually out of it when he was doing stuff until he noticed after the fact...

I'd say we are on the same page, she allowed for a roughness/pain added to the sex, but not to the point of being unconscious, which is when Bauer went to far...
