She specifically said she did not ask to be knocked unconscious and Bauer apologized in the materials I linked.
We get it.
Bauer couldn’t help himself, he couldn’t possibly not knock her unconscious. It’s her fault too, because she “asked for it.”
She invited him back, as such, being nearly bludgeoned to death is nobody’s fault.
Just let us know when he can play baseball again, he’s a victim.
She invited him again after he did that though and she could have easily ghosted him or told him they weren't meeting again... If you ask someone to do something again, would you believe that what you did the first time was going to far?
He's not a victim since he did go to far and he needs to work on his issues, but he got suspended about 5x times as worse as someone who was abusing and beating their wife. Suspensions need to be fair and his wasnt...
He was at fault for how far he went and she's at fault for inviting him to do it again.
Bauer should have never gotten worse than a full season suspension/162 game suspension because by law and at the end of the day, he actually should have been suspended for 324 when he did way less than someone who only got a part of a season suspension for beating and abusing a wife...
