If she didn't give consent for Bauer to beat her unconscious, and Bauer did indeed beat her unconscious, then nothing else matters. Can we agree there?

Agreed however you didn't read my message above. She was unconscious both time but only 2nd gets attention and between these two hookups there are texts

It is not clearly established that she was punched - the medical evidence does not support that conclusion. And it is in fact in dispute that anything but slapping (that is with an open hand) ever occurred.

What is not in dispute is that it was never claimed that she was knocked unconscious from a physical blow. The unconscious claim that is anywhere close to being non disputed is from choking.

Continue to say that he beat her unconscious if you want, but it is not "the fact" that you portray it as.

You aren't willing to see other sides to certain issues at all. You do what my dad does, when his mind is made up, regardless of the argument and facts, you don't change your mind. You aren't willing to be flexible when looking at issues and seeing all sides especially with social issues...

No one ever said Bauer was a victim... All we said was the girl has some fault as well since she invited him back...

We don't have the full story, but looking at all the details we do have, Bauer went to far, but she allowed it, hence why he was never indicted or charged...

And the last thing we stated... We don't like Bauers actions at all nor agree with them, but when it comes to the suspension, it was extremely excessive because people who did worse got less...
