Set Free: Dante Exum

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
When you find a player who actually tries to play some defense (rare) it's a good thing. Seems to me like Exum might of been that guy. We already got plenty of other players who do neither consistently well. With the job he did keeping Trae Young in check, and maybe Okoro and the bigs also contributing in that vein going forward, it looked like we were getting a defensive identity of sorts. If Exum is out now that may be history. Time will tell.

How the hell do you even injure yourself like he did?
Sadly he should be traded because this will keep happening.

He's more or less done if we lean conservatively. Feel bad for this due as far as the talent and potential he had coming into the league, and how it's been slowly sapped by injuries.

So, instead of tearing/stretching his tendon, he (partially) tore/stretched his muscle? Is a 4-8 week recovery time about par for the course for a muscle strain?

Sadly once you start doing soft tissue injuries like the way he did it they’re just gonna keep recurring, I’ve seen it many times

Move this to around the NBA

Thank god

We only got to know him for a handful of games this season, but he surpassed my expectations during that time. Thanks for Jarrett!

Took my nephew to his first Cavs game ever in January 2020. It was against the Wolves, and Exum dropped 28 points. Thanks for the memories sweet prince.

Pour one out for the Aussie crew. Brutal day for our brothers down under

I like him. Wish him the best of health. He played a helluva game against trae
