Skype

Hey guys I was wondering if any of you use this program Skype.
Is it any good? Positives or negatives about the service. Is it free?
Just trying to determine if it is something I could use and if it's worth downloading.

What brought it to my attention was the fact that you can list your skype number on your RCF profile. I'll just ask GI he'll know.
