So long, Kay Felder

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
....plus his rebounding ability becomes magnified in a game with shorter players.

It would be better if we could magnify his rebounding numbers, because his unmagnified rebounding numbers were dwarfed by those of a 6'3", skinny little guy who played for GSW.

If you're on the team to do one thing, it's really important that you actually do that one thing.

Yeah, that's really weird. Teams just want to fuck us up or something?

Maybe we didn't wait long enough for roster decisions and potential trades to get figured out. Should have waited till all preseason games were played. A straight trade for RJ could have cost a team alittle more because the tax discount they get from Vets mininium. You would figure if Chicago had interest in Felder they would have been willing to take him on for just cash, especially since we helped them out with Dunleavy last year.

Chicago going the Dallas/Brooklyn route of claiming everyone and hoping someone sticks.

Chicago figured out the obvious: Kris Dunn blows, and happens to be injured as well. Cameron Payne is overrated and has a bad foot as well.

I guess Chicago is in a youth movement, but more than anything they just seem desperate.

How so?

CHI had to waive two guys to make room for Kay, who they are giving a gtd roster spot to.

Had we traded Kay to CHI straight up, we'd have still needed to find someone to deal RJ to.

Just be glad we don’t have griff to throw in 1sts

That's true, we only gave up a real 2nd round pick. That pick could be real low too if the wolves keep getting better. The risk of having to waive Felder and RJ was too much on the tax side too.

Yeah I know. But why do you have to limit yourself to deal with only one team? what's the problem dealing with two teams separately? It's not like we needed to find a team with a big TPE or something.
Every team has a big enough TPE to fit in RJ and according to reports both the Nuggets and Bucks are interested in him.

I think teams knew we were over a barrel, so why help us out or give up any type of asset when they can wait us out and either get who they want for free, or rape us in a trade.

It's the same situation when Lebron was a FA and we got raped by BOS to make room.

It's why Koby shouldn't have been rushing to sign Calderon, keeping that spot open was probably more important. No one was rushing to sign Calderon..

That's what i'm saying.. Teams are taking advantage of us time and time again.

But they somehow seem to want to help GSW.. go figure.

It was also the same with the Mozgov trade and even our own free agents signings took advantage of our situation. See TT , JR and probably someone else I probably forgot about.

Exactly

In Felder's Bulls debut, he played 16 minutes and fired up nine shots. He made two. Totally got his Oompa Loompa on.

He also scored 6 assists and was a +3 in a 17 point loss.

He was their 2nd best player on the floor behind Lauri and by far the best pg.

I think he is going to be a nice pg when he figures it out and and has a chance of becoming the backup Pg after Dunn comes back.

Most of his minutes also came after Toronto had already built up a 25 point lead in the second quarter. It's doubtful they were fully engaged/focused after that knowing they could coast there way to a win.

TLDR; a +3 in garbage blowout minutes means little to nothing, Kay had no spot here and Kay had no trade value around the league.
