Just wondering on some in-bounding matters. These do not include lat quarter situations.

Why does the SF usually inbound it after a timeout or inbounds?

Why does either the PF or C usually inbound it after giving up a basket?

Well in our case you want LBJ with the ball in his hands..he's quick to run down the baseline, the arm strength, court vision, decision making and a nice combo of size and speed.

Normally after a basket the guys closest to the baseline inbound. And normally the PF or C are down there defending or crashing the boards..

Plus you don't want a big bringing the ball up right?

They are mostly the slowest people on the court. So you want them down on the other side of the course asap.
