Summer League Game 3, Cavs vs. Wolves, July 11, 8:30pm

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
There had to be more conditions to that. Magic, Olajuwon, David Robinson, Kareem, etc.
Agreed, but that is absolutely what they said. Stat seemed fishy when I heard it.

You maybe right. Maybe it was during Timmy's time. Just responding to the post. But that makes more sense.
That would be false though, too, because Robinson won in 2003. I think one of the stat guys messed up. The general idea though makes sense. I.E., it's rare for a #1 pick to win a title for their franchise.

I think it was former #1 picks winning with the team that drafted them

Anyone else think Putney looks solid? He uses his length well and he seems to have a jump shot.

EDIT: Not saying he deserves a spot on the team. He's 26 and nearing his prime, which clearly is not as an NBA player; but, possibly a camp invite to see what he can do.

He's chucking bad threes and hasn't shown enough presence on defense. Diamon Simpson has no shooting range, but seems more useful than Putney.

It's a pretty lame stat that they totally botched to try and make Timmy look more impressive.

I actually thought Putney used his length well on defense a few times during the first half. He is chucking, but it seems like he does have range, and he shoots the ball in motion. Fact is, most - if not all - of these guys aren't good enough to make an NBA roster of our caliber.

Yes, I really need to hear Scott laydens opinion on duncsnZ

Felder is going to have to knock down jumpers to get much run at the NBA level. Struggling with that in his minutes that I've seen.
