The 2013 Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Louisville, Gtown, Butler, OSU. Final 4

Are they turnover prone and how good are their bigs offensively?

Their two best players, Snell and Williams, turn the ball over every once in a while, but they are good and both are upperclassmen. Ohio State can take them out of the game with their perimeter defenders, my guess is Craft would match up with Williams and Thompson with Snell. They have a center that is pretty damn good on offense, don't remember his name but he lit our center up (Sim Bhullar, the 7'5 giant kid) the 1st time we played them. He's a face up guy so he can hit jumpers and he's a legit 7'0. Amir Williams should have his hands full with him. OSU should win, but they have some players that will give OSU fits.

They could definitely struggle. I expect Zeke to be used as a central point of their press-break scheme - they have a distinct size advantage over VCU. It won't be easy and VCU will be favored, but it's certainly a winnable game...all you can ask for as a lower seed.

I don't see it as very winnable. Slim chance at best. I think Akron got about as bad a draw as possible.

Oh, I forgot to mention, EVERY game is watchable online this year for FREE on the March Madness website, as long as you have a TV service provider login. Games that are on CBS doesn't require a login.

What are your guys upsets?

So far I have:
Iowa St over N.Dame
Bucknell over Butler
Cal over UNLV
Minn over UCLA

I'm waiting for the play-in games to see what happens. I'm really debating Florida Gulf coast over G'Town. But I don't think I'll be able to pull the trigger.

I have SD St over Mich in addition to the bucknell, cal and Minn, Iowa St and Oregon

Colorado over Illinois
Ole Miss over Wisconsin
Belmont over Arizona
San Diego State over Georgetown
Butler over Marquette

I'm considering the play-in winner over Memphis as well. I'm guessing it'll be St. Mary's.

Nothing concrete yet though.

Final 4 of OSU vs Michigan State and Kansas vs Miami with OSU beating Miami in the championship

And my big upset is Indiana losing in the second round vs NC State.

Well, Oklahoma State over Louisville and Syracuse over Indiana are my two BIG upset picks, and for a smaller one I have Memphis over Michigan State.

I agree, I think VCU is a legit Elite 8 team this year.

Outside of MAC schools, Akron knows VCU better than anyone else. The Zips' D must step up - "Havoc" only gets set up if they're hitting shots.

Are they the favorite? Absolutely not. But this is absolutely a winnable game.

OSU still worries me because we could go cold offensively on any given night. That happens against a team who gets hot from 3 we could be in big trouble. I feel our D can keep us in most games but our inconsistency offensively is a huge liability. Lets hope craft and Ross's new found offense can continue, if so I can see us getting at least to the sweet 16.

My first bracket, it was just a BS one:

Duke, Ohio State, Michigan, Miami (FL) Final Four.
Ohio State vs. Michigan in Championship game with Ohio State winning.

But, here is my official bracket:
