The 2020 Cleveland Indians

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
They’ve already seemingly placed Freeman ahead of him in the pecking order.

Will be interesting decisions if/when Naquin returns.
I'm not surprised. Freeman did really well in that role, and you know how Tito falls in love with vet utility guys.

Normally it wouldn't be bad because that means Chang would play every day in Columbus. But that's not a thing this year.

At least Freeman is more Mike Avila than Michael Martinez.

Freeman can also play 1B which Chang doesn’t have on his resume. Freeman also has quite a bit of experience in the OF, although that likely won’t be needed this year, and on the mound as an emergency pitcher.

Not great
Damn. Props to the Indians for being proactive.

Other thing I gleaned from that article I hadn’t heard or read before is that Francona has had gastrointestinal issues since February. Here’s hoping he doesn’t have Crohn’s/Colitis or, God forbid, colorectal cancer.

Crohn’s fucking sucks

I’ve been struggling all summer with that shit (pun intended).

I’m assuming they’ll treat him as if he had tested positive on day one of having it and so he’ll be out for 10-14 days and have to test negative several times before returning? Or is this indefinite?

They’re isolating him for 72 hours and testing him daily. So if he tests negative each day he should be back for his next start.

My mom has ulcerative colitis so I can definitely understand. She struggled for a long time and finally found relief with a biologic. Hope you can find something that brings you relief as well.
I've been on Humira for about two years, but I think we're going to have to switch it up. My maternal grandmother had success using Remicade later in her life, so I'm going to talk to my doc about that.
