I could bench all of you (Literally all of your bodies physically) at the same time while your wives take turns blowing me and also @natedagg ‘s head comes up to my nipples.

Also we all wish we were these guys a little bit, including the way they look physically. That photo and his lifestyle give all of you and I a twinge of jealousy. Cringe rhymes with twinge. Twinge has six letters. The numbers are largely meaningless.

Think about it @shoes22 @natedagg and @The Human Q-Tip . And then once you’re done thinking, set up your wives for the bench n blow.

Six is Baker's number.

I think you're on to something here...

WEEK 6 V. SEATTLE

INT Number 9:
2nd and 10 from the Seahawks 46. Leading by 8 with 6:20 to go in the 2nd Q.

Formation: Shotgun, 01 personnel (4 WR, 1 TE, 0 RB)
-Beckham wide left
-Chubb slot left
-Seals Jones tight right
-Landry slot right
-Callaway wide right

Routes:
-Beckham wide left runs a slant combo over Chubb's flat. Not open.
-Chubb slot left runs a flat combo under Beckham's slant. Open.
-Seals Jones tight right runs a quick out. Not open.
-Landry slot right runs a flat. Open
-Callaway wide right runs a straight go route. Not open.

The Browns are running a very common slant/flat combo rub route here. The optimal goal here is to have Chubb "pick" Beckham's man and give OBJ a clear lane up the field on the slant. Unfortunately, there is bit of bad luck involved here because this is very much a timing route and Beckham inadvertently picked Chubb's man rather than the opposite. This still falls on Mayfield because he needs to wait a beat longer because there's no pressure in his face and he doesn't need to get rid of the ball immediately. Throwing to Chubb on the flat instead of Beckham would have been a big gain.

Verdict: Mayfield's fault. Bad decision.

INT Number 10: 2nd and 8 from the Seahawks 10. Leading by 8 with 1:36 to go in the 2nd Q.

Formation: Under Center, 12 personnel (2 WR, 2 TE, 1 RB)
-Beckham wide left
-McCray eligible tight right as 3rd OT
-Harris tight right
-Landry wide right
-Chubb in the backfield

Routes:
-Beckham wide left runs a post. Open. Easy touchdown if this throw is made on time and on target.
-McCray stays in and blocks.
-Harris tight right runs a seam. Not open.
-Landry wide right runs a post. Open. Really good throw and this is a touchdown.
-Chubb stays in and blocks.

Seahawks rush 4 and drop 7. Hubbard gets blown up and pushed back into Mayfield's face, forcing a rushed throw off his back foot. Baker looks at Landry the whole way and Jarvis has inside position on the corner, but the throw is high and not leading enough. The inaccurate throw allows Seattle's CB Griffin to make a play on the ball in the air. The actual interception is bad luck as the ball was not only tipped into the air, but tipped again by Landry before it hit the ground which allowed the safety to make a diving INT. A better throw (or a throw to Beckham who was even more open on his post pattern) is a touchdown.

Verdict: Mayfield's fault. Inaccurate throw. Bad luck led to the actual interception.

INT Number 11: 2nd and 15 from the Browns 20. Trailing by 4 with 3:08 to go in the 4th Q.

Formation: Shotgun, 00 personnel (5 WR, 0 RB, 0 TE)
-Hilliard wide left
-Callaway slot left
-Seals Jones inside slot right
-Landry slot right
-Beckham wide right

Routes:
-Hilliard wide left runs a quick in. Open.
-Callaway slot left runs a seam. Not open.
-Seals Jones inside slot right runs a quick in. Open.
-Landry slot right runs a quick in. Open.
-Beckham wide right runs a quick in. Not open.

Screen Shot 2020-03-31 at 7.42.11 PM.png

Seahawks rush 4 and drop 7. Mayfield gets rid of the ball quickly before pressure arrives and throws to Hilliard who is the most open player. The throw is a little behind Hilliard, but it hits him in both hands and he pops it straight into the air where it is intercepted.

Verdict: Hilliard's fault. The throw isn't perfect, but it's still a straight up drop.

WEEK 8 AT NEW ENGLAND

INT Number 12:
1st and 10 from the Browns 21. Trailing by 10 with 2:36 to go in the 1st Q.

Formation: Shotgun, 11 personnel (3 WR, 1 TE, 1 RB)
-Beckham slot right
-P. Brown tight right
-Landry tight left
-Callaway slot left
-Chubb in the backfield

Routes:
-Beckham slot right runs a fade. Not open.
-Brown tight right blocks out to the second level.
-Landry tight left comes across the formation for a designed shovel pass. Open.
-Callaway slot left runs a fade. Not open.
-Chubb executes the play fake on the designed shovel pass.

Screen Shot 2020-04-01 at 2.24.15 PM.png

Patriots rush 4 and drop 7. LT McCray pulls across the formation to the right and is in position to make his block on the right edge. Landry follows right behind him for the designed shovel pass. Tretter, Teller and Hubbard all make a good block at C, RG and RT. P. Brown makes a good block on the second level. This actually is a well-designed play that unfortunately and inexplicably turned into an interception because LG Bitonio misses his block worse than I've ever seen him miss a block. Guy smashes into the backfield and intercepts what should be a nice gain by Landry on a well blocked shovel pass. Literally nothing Mayfield can do about this one IMO.

Verdict: Bitonio's fault. Nothing Mayfield can do here.

I was playing around with some data in R, and man, Freddie Kitchens should be fired from ever coaching offense again. He mismanaged this offense horribly.

The Browns were one of the best play-action bootleg teams in the NFL. Baker was 12/12 on these and averaged more than ten yards per attempt. But they also ran those plays fewer times than most other teams in the league. I made these two charts using estimated points added and estimated points added per play.

The Vikings and the Rams were really the only two teams who ran bootlegs as much as they should have. Titans, 49ers, and Packers should have all used more on them. But holy shit should the Browns have tried those plays more frequently. It is unreal.

Hopefully no more hunger for Cheesecake Factory... Lot of work for him to do, the sophomore jinx really got him... This can be an audition year for him, if they could get to finish the offensive line rebuild, he will not have an excuse anymore... If he still struggles, he will suffer the same fate as Trubinsky
Never make fun of the Cheesecake Factory on RCF, never.
