This play is almost immediately blown up by the inexplicable coaching decision to have Harris block Bosa 1 on 1. Bosa immediately beats Harris inside and Mayfield feels the pressure. That said, Mayfield did have Landry open immediately on what would have been a nice gain on the quick in route. Once Baker was flushed from the pocket, he also had a check down to Chubb which would have been a safer decision. Mayfield instead opted for the most dangerous option of all, the 50/50 ball to Callaway on the deep post against Richard Sherman. The hit from Bosa kept Mayfield from getting everything on the pass which allowed Sherman to undercut the route with an impressive leaping interception. Not blaming Mayfield for the pass because he was being hit as he threw, but it's still his fault because had two other options that were safer.

Verdict: Mayfield's fault. Bad decision. You can also throw blame on Kitchens for putting Harris in a position to have to block Bosa 1 on 1 which basically killed the play right from the jump.

INT Number 8: 3rd and Goal from the 49ers 6. Trailing by 11 with 4:58 to go in the 2nd Q.

Formation: Shotgun Empty 5 WR
-Beckham and Landry stacked left
-Harris just off the line right
-Callaway slot right
-Chubb wide right

Routes:
-Beckham runs a quick slant. Not open.
-Landry runs a slant. Not open.
-Harris runs up the seam Not open.
-Callaway runs a quick in route underneath Harris. Open.
-Chubb runs a quick in route. Not open.

This play is designed perfectly. Tartt gets completely lost and goes with Harris, leaving Callaway wide open with no one near him. Mayfield does rush the throw a tiny bit because Kush gets pushed right back into his face, but Callaway not only drops the pass, but manages to also bat the ball into the air where it's intercepted.

Verdict: Callaway's fault. This has to be a touchdown. Period.

For people too lazy to click on the Mary Kay link:

Clearly Baker & Emily were tired of people making fun of his body. I find posts like this cringy as fuck.

then you must be fat.

how is it cringy that the guy we wanted to get in better shape is getting in better shape?

tell us your height/weight/BMI/hater-ratio. Bet it’s CAF.

:chuckle: I’m actually skinny as a rail but good try, good effort.

What I found cringy was posting these workout pics on social media to get a reaction, not him improving his body. Good job projecting though.

It's not.

What's cringy is that he posed for that picture and his wife took it, then posted it with that stupid caption. How many other Browns have done that? And it's just trying way too hard after the blow job in the parking lot episode.

I mean, I normally don't care about any of that stuff, and I hate the word "cringy" period. But this was...cringy.

how many other browns have posted pictures of themselves mid-workout? I would venture half the team.
