The Chubb-Hub Yardage Delivery Service

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Chubb is now averaging 103 YPG, 2nd behind Derrick Henry at 117.

He is leading all running backs with a 6.0 Y/A and is 2nd overall behind Lamar Jackson's 6.2.

He is 3rd in YAC/A with 2.7, behind Hunt at 2.9 and Jonathan Taylor at 3.2.

In summary, I think Nick Chubb is a good running back and am glad he is on my favorite team, the Cleveland Browns.
Chubb ran like he was on fire yesterday. He just wasn't going to be denied. That blocking was great on that run, and that's what happens when you have an incredible back against a stacked box - 2 missed tackles and it's to the river. This isn't Reuben Droughns or Peyton Hillis - this is a dude with all 3: the Power to run through tackles and push the pile, the quicks to make guys miss, and then the afterburners to outrun guys who simply should have an angle on him and be able to catch up. Incredible. Seems like his long runs are always the dagger too.

Chubb did his thing but let's not forget about our lord and savior William E. Callahan, arguably the 2nd most important coaching hire in the last twenty years.

Baldy's commentary is awesome. "Teller sent him right onto the King size bed at the Bates Motel".

Teller is just crushing people. Two perfectly executed pulling blocks where he pancaked the linebacker trying to fill the hole. That's kind of highlights one of the misnomers about Callahan and our blocking scheme. We're sometimes referred to as a wide-zone team, but the truth is we run a lot of gap schemes as well.

Watched the replay on Chubb's run to see how he evaded the defensive backs. Then I noticed that he not only scorched the defensive backs with his speed, he blew by Schwartz too.

Lets not get to crazy, Schwartz was blocking and started at a stand still and Chubb was already full speed. i was very impressed with Chubb, his speed and acceleration on that play, but Chubb would get smoked in a fair race with Schwartz.

Not if they ran directly at each other.

Felton has already been officially ruled out, as well.
So tweets from unverified sources are cool however at least one verifyable sources said the tomorrow morning would be the deciding test

Edit and I'm not saying this guy doesn't have a source on the browns but my guess is that the test this morning came back positive and that's what this report is about. Tomorrow morning being a deciding factor

Tomorrow doesn't matter, he's not playing. Stefanski already ruled him out for Sunday.

ETA: Trotter and Rap reporting the same; I think it's coming from Stefanski himself.
