We just got a pup - 3 months old now. Got him just before Christmas. Name is Fred / Freddie. Half poodle, papillon. He's about 3.5 lbs in pic. Will get to about 15 lbs.

Agreed. The one exception is a coat or vest of some kind when it's well below freezing. That I get. But clothes?

Someone must have low T.

That is the only exception, or as directed to wear something according to your vet.

Your dog is pretty much a cat. I like cats, but I like Dogs better.

If you died in your house, both your cat and dog would eat you after awhile, but your Dog would feel bad about it. Pretty much being Dog Bro's.

You know when you went to your one friends house, and they would start to get into an argument with their parent, and you just sat there awkwardly? Who would come near you? Dog bro. You could pet him and you wouldn't feel so awkward just sitting there. Where was cat? Up hiding in the parents room under the bed.

I disagree. There are two exceptions:

1. A coat or vest, but only on a small dog with short hair.

2. A sports jersey. My boxer routinely supports the Cavs by rocking the wine and gold.

Well, he's only a couple months old and it has been below freezing in CHI. He does not wear that thing - only when going outside. Got him pretty much potty trained already too. Didn't take long, but we were taking him out about every hour.

Still Alpha, but dog has hurt the cred a bit (we want a Doberman, but needed non-shedding cuz of allergies - another non-alpha trait).

Plus, its my damn lady's fault.

Cats suck and my dogs aren't cats.

Brown dog is a dog's dog to the max, so fuck off. She's the doggest dog I've ever seen. Extremely athletic, strong, loyal, friendly, catches treats and toys, lays all over people and very slobbery and gives awesome greetings. Also kind of dumb.

White dog is only cat-like in that she likes to sit high on top of furniture and she doesn't like to be moved around or bothered during the day. Otherwise, she's smart as hell and athletic. Her biggest downfall is that until we got the brown dog, she used to be really skittish. Totally changed when we got Gabby.

My dogs are dogs. CCF's dog is a stuffed animal. :chuckles:

A few more pics:

First, my friend and his wife's dogs Jackson (fox dog) and Molly (fat Corgi). Molly loves me and I can make her roll over on her side from across the room just by raising my hand, which is what I did in this picture.

And then some random pics of my jackass dogs:

Got my first ever pup in November. Her name is Brownie, she's 4-1 watching the Browns with me...she's a mutt and kind of a rescue puppy. Got her when she was only about 6 weeks old, said to be a mix of a pomeranian, chihuahua, chocolate lab, and idk what else. The vet and I don't really buy it...one day I'll get a DNA test and find out. First is a pic of her the night I got her, then about a month ago, then most recent. Absolute chick magnet..

If she was that big at six weeks no way was she a Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix. Looks like she's got some pit and maybe some border collie in her. Is the tip of her tail white? That's a big border collie trademark.

She's got a hint of white at the tip of her tail...it's there, but juuuuust barely visible if you look closely.

Yeah, probably got some border collie in her then. She looks similar (color-wise) to several dogs in my building that are part border collie. I'm guessing maybe part pit too because half the shelter dogs out there are part pit, and most shelters won't say that because it makes them harder to adopt even though there's nothing really wrong with pits. Well, aside from there being so many shitty breeders out there who breed aggressive ones.
