The end of the New England Patriots dynasty?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Either this stuff is true, or the 'Belichek wouldn't trade Garropolo to us' line is BS. I just cant see how dealing him to the league's no. 2 dumpster fire was some kind of favor to Jimmy G.

Does it seem bizarre that Joe was @ing Garoppolo in this?

Why would Bill suddenly have the heart of gold, when it comes to Garoppolo?

Okay, so he's willing to move on from Brady, whom he's had a relationship with for 17 years.

But then, wasn't willing to trade Garoppolo, because he was worried we'd ruin his career?

Is he Jimmy's father? It just doesn't add up. Bill is willing to make football decisions all his career. Sometimes ruthless ones, to players he himself loved.

Suddenly, he has a soft spot for Jimmy only? Smells like bullshit to me.

I tend to believe that Belichick rather have went with Jimmy personally next season too, just given his age, compared to Brady's. Nothing more. I think that part of the story is probably true.

It goes very similar to Belichick's history of how he evaluates players. He tends to go with youth over age. Always has. Did it here when was our coach, and has done it his entire career.

Seems the other part is just ESPN putting its bullshit spin on it, and to amp up more drama.

If the Browns had a better deal in place, Jimmy would be a Brown. I believe the Pats didn't want to trade Jimmy at the draft.

I do think Kraft forced Bill's hand to trade him at the deadline. But this notion Bill took a crappier deal because A.), he didn't want Jimmy to be a Brown because they'd ruin his career, and Bill is so concern over that, or B.) he took a lesser deal to sabotage Kraft is some seriously bullshit.

Jimmy was never going to get traded for a first round pick. Not enough on him for teams to cough that up for him.

Sounds like this isn't a big story at all.

Belichick probably didn't like being overruled. But did what he was told and everyone moved on.

But this story they're all going their separate ways after this year sounds like ESPN at its bullshit finest.

So Josh McDaniels was going to be the Colts HC and then changed his mind like an hour before the press conference...

Wonder if the Patriots HC position is going to be open?

What a fucking joke.

Soo Greg Schiano was also going to be the Patriots' DC...and he also just changed his mind...
