The Jarvis Landry Thread: Bless 'Em

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This probably doesn't happen without Jarvis being here...

Definitely doesn't, IMO. There's a tweet floating around somewhere saying reuniting with Landry made Cleveland his top choice and thankfully NYG obliged.

This allows Landry to play more in the slot where his skillset is much better utilized. He's at his best trying to make guys miss in the open field and running routes over the middle.

OBJ and Landry lined up on the same side of the field will give D-coordinators nightmares. Giving Mayfield a check-down to one of Johnson, Hunt, or Chubb to that same side of the field...

Yeah, you guys remember how Kitchens used all of those bunch plays? He would lineup Callaway, Jarvis, and Perriman on one side of the field. The Browns destroyed teams.

That formation just got infinitely better.

Will also be able to run three back sets with Chubb, Hunt, and Duke, which is just unfair.

At some point this season I want Hunt, Duke, Chubb, OBJ, and Landry all out there on the field at the same time. Hell make Mayfield a WR and let OBJ throw it a few times, then switch and let Landry do it.

Just go fucking wild.

From your Meme, it looks like Baker isn't the only one checking down to his Chubb or Johnson.

Easily his best game as a Brown. He was outstanding today.

It was easily his best pro game ever. Not even close, really.

Major props. I hope he keeps earning that hefty pay check.
