Going 7-3 with 2x in 4 years with some of the rosters he has been handed is seriously impressive.

That 2020 team could really score but that defense was rough.

This team can play defense so well but the offense is so banged up it's tough to score.
Alright I’m ready to do the right thing that most successful teams do and just leave this guy in the captain seat moving forward….

I mean this is impressive (wouldn’t be doing this with Joe Woods) but when you surround yourself with successful coordinators that’s what we should expect…
I LOVE Jim Schwartz. Game changer of a hire. Worlds apart from Joe Woods

However, when someone makes the “well I guess Stefanski has been ok but it’s really just Jim Schwartz that’s getting it done” at least consider this. Schwartz didn’t merely take over last years defense:

Tomlinson, Harris, Hurst, Ogbo, ZaDarius, Thornhill and McLeod were all added. Most of the past theee years high round picks(JOK, Newsome, Wright, Emerson) on that side of the ball as well

On the offensive side of the ball, no major offensive acquisitions(sorry Elijah): rusty QB who misses several games and is now out for the year, Conklin out for the year game 1. Chubb out for the year game 2, Wills out, GM trades his vet backup QB to give a rookie the backup job from day one, and so on.

So yes, Schwartz has been a godsend but as both the head coach and on the offensive side of the ball, Stefanski has been coaching his ass off (which of course does not mean perfection because that doesn’t happen)
Only because Tito retired, But that says more about Tito than anything against Stefanski

If I could change one Cleveland heartbreak it would be Game 7 2016 vs the Cubs. Tito, Andrew Miller and that team - I wanted that title for them more than for myself. Best managing I ever saw, and Andrew Miller was an absolute beast.
