Beilein really doesn't like Cedi. Cedi must play at least 35 minutes in that game, not just 28 mins.
Even he started to game very well, but coach B. forgot him so long.

Windler is out, McKinnie is out however Cedi played so less. It's unacceptable! If both join the team probably Cedi will play less than 20 mins!

Kevin Love played 36 mins, why? He couldn't run back to defense even. Anyone remember when he played that long last time?

I hope Beilein will be fired soon, if not Cedi must leave. He has no role and respect in Beilein's team and his system.

I'm not gonna watch the next game of Beilein, with his wolves and Nance & Clarkson company. Over!
(Ps: I have watched all 82 games live last season, even european time in late midnight or early morning)

Last word to Cedi haters, Cedi got 3/5 threes in the game. 1 I didn't count because it was in last second near to middle court.
However I see some guys killing him in this forum.
Yes he missed 2 important shots, he could do 1 of them if he was not forgotten in team by coach, teammates and beilein system so long. When you got cold you can miss them, even Curry does. Cedi shouldn't be just 3 & D player in this team.

I don't think Beilein dislikes Cedi, it's more about who he is comfortable playing right now. Certain guys were around Beilein all summer long. I think as time goes on Beilein will see how much of a hard worker Cedi is and someone like Nance won't be coach's favorite anymore.

@Derek well yes KPJ played 17 minutes in his first game. I like him but doesn't earn or deserve these moments on Cedi yet, he didn't play well in this game too, however coach B keep him in the game. (Result 0/6 zero points). He is very raw and these mins were not in garbage time.

That's fine though. Our team sucks. We need to develop him.

Personally, I don't like playing anybody more than 32 minutes/night, and once Zizic returns, I doubt we'll see anybody go much higher than that mark.

29minutes is more than enough for Cedi, 35 mins like last season was way over the top.

He played 32 mins per game last year. I'm not talking about this.
My point was just the game against Orlando and his role in Beilein's system.
I wish he can play 29 mins overall season.

How can you divide minutes between Cedi, Windler, McKinnie and KPJ?

I don't think McKinnie will be in the rotation, and I'm hoping Clarkson will be dealt at some point, which opens up minutes for Windler (when healthy)

I would have Cedi at around 25mins preferably. WIndler 20-25. Limited mins to McKinnie. I would mainly play KP as a shooting guard. Never play Clarkson at SF.

I think ideally once Clarkson, Knight, Henson, and TT are traded away that we have a 8 man rotation of Sexton, Garland, Cedi, KPJ, Windler, Love, Nance, and Zizic. There should be more than enough minutes at SG, SF, and PF for all 3 to get minutes. Something like 30 minutes at SG, 48 minutes at SF, and 12 minutes at PF. Basically everyone in the rotation would get 30 minutes.

Mckinnie and Delly could be the 9th and 10th players and be used when guys are injured or for certain match ups.

Steal of a contract in today's NBA. He's a serviceable rotation piece at the very least. Less then 8 M per year. I thought it would be higher. How Nance got more I'll never know.

Cedi played pretty nicely yesterday I must admit. The two late game threes, he made them look easy.
The deal looks good for the team, Cedi probably could of got a bit more, must want to stay here.
I'm not his biggest fan but he's a nice young man, hope he succeeds, it'll help my team.

Actually a decent contract, especially considering it reduces... but we have locked ourselves into him long term now

8 M in today's NBA is bench money though. So it's not like we locked him up to be a starter. The team likely views him as a 7th or 8th man long term and paid him like one. He's proven to be a rotation player at the very least.
