The Mandalorian

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
The Freshman is not especially economical, and neither is the Senior....one of COVID’s “blessings” to have them home for some extra weeks, anyway.

I get the Grogu love of course, but wondered if his other experiences this season have him doubting his helmet beliefs just a bit.

Perhaps.

It seems a fringe belief from what we've seen from actual Mandalorians.

But, converts and foundlings tend to be more zealous than those born into the thing.

Like Worf on Star Trek. Super-duper Klingon in a way actual other Klingons are not.

Yes, Worf is a great example to your point...though he "softened" up a bit over the years ,too.
That said, I still remember that superb arc with he and Jadzia and their Klingon wedding preparations...I really miss that Dax.

It's amazing that with nine main Star Wars movies, the two best lightsaber fights are on the spin-off movie Rogue One and the spin-off TV show The Mandalorian.

I think some of the animated duels/fights from Clone Wars are up there.

The two you're referring to could be considered slaughters more than fights :chuckle:

We really need a Mandalorian/Bounty Hunter video game

The Jango Fett one back on the PS2 was awesome
It's Disney so I'm sure it's on the way along with the boba fett condoms and such

Where do they go for season 3? So many possibilities.

My guess would be something along the lines of taking back Mandalore. Last we saw of Bo Katan in Rebels, she had the Dark Saber and was the new leader. It's presumably currently under Empire control since she was hunting down Gideon in The Mandalorian

Don't know if people have seen these. They are hilarious. The impressions are amazingly good.

The dude who does the music for the series did an incredible job in the finale. my goodness so perfect: it's actual quite menacing/mysterious similar to what people watching Vader in RO would be feeling and reflect why Clan Mudhorn were reluctant to open the blast doors. Then of course the switch with the reveal.

Watching scenes like that and the Vader one in Rogue One really make it laughable that so many Jedi were gunned down by regular ass stormtroopers when the emperor issued order 66.

I just re-watched the series finale of Clone Wars and it is so good.

It is such a masterpiece. Filoni does amazing work. Such incredible work.

Ashoka Tano really is the best character to come along since ROTJ.

What could have been with the Sequel Trilogy if any of the characters were so well drawn as Ashoka.

And so many things linked later to the Mandalorian. They were obviously written contemporaneously.

I preface this in absolutely no personal believe that I get Star Wars in any deep way.

Does it ever both you that Storm Troopers are terribly ineffective shooting literally anyone? I’d love a series similar to like a Star Wars-Wicked where the story is told from the Empire’s side.
