There really need to be consequences for obstructing an investigation. I mean, this isn't whitewater or something that has nothing to do with anything. This is election interference and possible blackmail of our President. Seeing Trump say that the FBI did no hacking when the NYT reported it really solidified for me that he is under Putin's spell one way or the other.

Trump is definitely more scared of Russia than he is of the DOJ and i find that alarming.
A lot of laws will be written once he's gone.

I mean, our Founders were foolish enough to think the voters would elect someone who actually placed the Nation above their own personal well-being, and they were dumb enough to think a POTUS would actually want to do the job. Or care about the Nation.

For those of you who have not yet read the report, you can listen to its reenactment. Law Works put on the production, "The Investigation: A Search for the Truth in Ten Acts".

From the Daily Beast: "The Investigation is a crisp, seventy-minute re-enactment of the Mueller Report by Robert Schenkkan, a Tony and Pulitzer Prize winning playwright. The show and setting are pure Trump tweet-bait, something dreamed up by Steve Bannon to rile up the MAGA-base. Performed one night only in Riverside Church on the Upper West Side, livestreamed around the country, and drawing such stage and screen luminaries as John Lithgow as POTUS himself, Kevin Kline as Robert Mueller, and Alyssa Milano as Trump lawyer Jay Sekulow. ... "

I'm surprised no one caught this:

Should be interesting. Not the best of news for POTUS.

Prelude to impeachment hearings?
Should have already happened. What the heck is he going to do. They are going to force him to make some heavy statements one way or the other.

Couple of big things i would like to know

"Did you decide when to f8inish the investigation, or were to told to wrap it up. If so, who stopped it."

"If Trump were a private citizen, would you indict.'

"were there instances where you might have obtained further evidence if it were not encrypted on proton mail?"

It just seems to me Mueller has been straddling this line where he is investigation his superiors while trying to be deferential to them while they smear him. I am not sure that can continue.

Based on history, I doubt we get any bombshell answers. He'll re-iterate the report, which is damning on it's own but people have fought really hard against the facts to pretend otherwise.

I simply do not believe he will even consider answering a question like "If Trump were a private citizen, would you indict." No fucking way. And if he did, 80% chance (pulling that out of my ass) it'd be an answer the Dems don't want.

I've been waiting and waiting for tomorrow to come. But the closer it gets the more I come to the realization that Mueller is going to screw us. This a congressional hearing and he should have to answer all the questions. But all this bullshit doj interference is going ruin that. It's just going to be another obstruction of justice.:(

He's not going to answer any Barr questions, which are the most important ones at this point. Is Meuller willing to be held in contempt for his loyalty to Barr?

He basically made a report that was super scathing while just avoiding saying Trump was outright collaborating with Russia. He thinks removing the President is worse than the damage the President is doing and he punted on making a recommendation for impeachment like a coward.

Tomorrow is going to be a total shit show.

Trump is way more worried about his tax returns than he is of Mueller.
