He just can't understand that he is a complementary player, not a star. He always ends up trying to do too much.

I actually liked him trying to dump it to Evan. That was the right move because he was guarded too closely, but he didn't know where Evan was. Very costly turnovers at a crucial time. Better than trying to finish and not being able to tho like usual

Hey I'll take this version of Cedi any day of the week. Last years model was unplayable. As long as he's making shots he has value.
The 2 bond headed turnovers were bad but I'm encouraged and hope his shot is fixed. I'd give him a solid B for his performance in the first game.

That hair band looks pretty dumb to me. Is that a new fashion in Europe or something?

We might actually be able to get something of value for him.

he plays like Korver lately. shoots over 48% on 3s this season.
I think this has always been the long term projection for him: as a role player sniper. If this continues the Cavz are in great shape.

If he continues to shoot the three this reliably, you don’t ship him out. We’re too starved for shooting and size at that position. He’s never been a great defender, but he’s an effort guy. He’s also never spent time next two guys like Mobley and Jarrett who are as switchable as they are. I think twin towers can do for Cedi defensively what they’ve done for SexLand. Until you’re certain Windler is more than a walking ice pack, you have to keep him unless you want to keep the tank on for one more year and go fishing for an upside project

To think Steven’s has been seeing the court over a Cedi that’s shooting this well… *shudders*

Will the real Cedi please stand up? If you believe this year’s version is what we’ll get going forward then I can see keeping him. Otherwise, we’d be wise to trade him while he has some value.

Gigantic ‘if’ at the beginning of my post. Even still, I thing his shooting numbers before last year (~37%) are a benefit to the team over:

- Lamar Stevens
- Dylan ‘Planet Bullshit’ Windler

Cedi is exactly the kind of player everyone wants if he is hitting his threes. Not as GOOD as a player than we want at the wing, but he fits the mold.

The only reason you trade him is if you think his early season performance is an anomaly.

We all know he re-tooled his shot last year, and that can take some time...
