He has played well all year.I have never said anything good about Cedi, but i salute him for his game tonight. Now keep it up and don't be a 1 game wonder.

I think having a bona fide PG in the second unit is also working wonders for him. He often fancied himself the first option coming off the bench last year and tried to force the playmaker role miserably. He’s a great hustle player, but simultaneously undisciplined. Rubio allows him to fill a role, which as you point out, is what Cedi as much as anyone needs.Cedi has always functioned much better as a complementary player than as a lead dog. We've seen this with him his entire time with the Cavs -- he plays better with better players around him. I have no issue with hanging on to him and seeing if this lasts. If it does, you keep him. I think that risk is worth the comparatively light return we'd probably get from trying to trade him now anyway.
He is actually a pretty good passer/distributor who helps keep the ball moving. But if you ask him to be the primary distributor out on the floor, that's when it all falls apart.I think having a bona fide PG in the second unit is also working wonders for him. He made a damn nice cross court pass to Windler for an open three that Windler missed. He is actually a pretty good passer/distributor who helps keep the ball moving. But if you ask him to be the primary distributor out on the floor, that's when it all falls apart.
Contact looking good. Playing like this means the Cavs will be able to consolidate some talent.
The Cedi folklore continues:
