He will be closing games at the 2 guard going forward.

I think it's his best position. He can handle enough to bring it up off a rebound or on the break.

2 man game with Darius getting 3s has been money.

Cedi seems to have really improved getting to the open spaces. It's been awhile, but he's looking pretty Korver-y.

Seems to be better hounding guards than SFs

Only two choices on the poll? Not fair.
All excellent episodes except the 9th one.

Cedi's game was monstrous tonight.
Would've fit right in with the Genesis episode.

I could see Cedi having some dislike for Sexton because he has gotten alot more freedom to find his NBA game than Cedi got while they basically came up during the same time period. Cedi was asked to play very different roles while Sexton got to play what best suited him.
Not to mention Cedi was the guy trying to cover Sextons ( and garlands)defensive errors In those first two years..

Cedi was one of the most unwatchable players in the NBA last year. If you think Lauri has been playing badly... turn on tape of Cedi last year.

However, this year with a more focused role, he is really doing well and was crucial to us winning the game last night.

He’s letting the game come to him…

Just taking what the defense gives him…

The Good Jedi we are seeing now is as much the "Real" Cedi as was the Crappy Jedi we saw last season. He has always been a complementary player who plays best when the guys around him play ball the right way. Otherwise, he tries to do too much and it is a giant fail.

I think his current play is completely sustainable because that is who he is, and we actually have the kind of team on which he should continue to thrive. He's definitely outplaying his contract right now.

Cedi shows how important the 2 guard to be an offensive threat is. Hopefully we address it through the draft or trade. Preferably one with size, capable 3 pt shooter and has the ability to breakdown defenses

So if we had traded him to a team like GS or SA for scraps....they would have ended up winning the trade drastically.

Somehow everything is always sextons fault
I don't think the defensive lapses by either sexland guard in the first two years is even debatable.. in their respective third years both guards improved defensively..

I am rembering a game against the Wizards, where I was a dozen rows from court side. Beal and Wall were just killing us, while Cedi and Tristan were just scrambling to cover the matadors. Cedi never boitched, and brought the energy, but it affected him.. Cedi has his own issues, but to be sure, he is having a great ( and unexpected) comeback..

Just thinking about this some more. Moving Lauri up a positionm, we should for Cedi too. Similar problem with Cedi. LIke SF's are too strong for him. Push him out of the way to get to the basket, or knock him of his finishing with a nudge. He looks better to me back a little with a long arm out over the guard.

And mentioning Lauri. He can't space on his own. He needs space to operate as well. When we have 1 or 2 guys only that can shoot the 3, they have to move out further and further. Lauri isn't gettting lot of room to space.

TNG & Cedi Osman is pretty horrible - how can you confuse Star Wars and Star Trek?As for best TNG episode - The Best of Both Worlds I & II have to be an option.

The Best of Both Worlds is definitely the best.

because the episodes spinoff into the superior Deep Space Nine series.
