I agree. RG3 needs to be in a more stable environment, in my opinion. Jay Gruden has his job on the line, which does not co-exist well with the level of development and attention RG3 needs to fit in the league.
Going to be a tough pill to swallow for ownership, but the RG3-Washington relationship seems to be beyond repair. With his salary situation, it's hard to see Washington getting anything of value for him. Especially when an injury this season puts you on the hook for 16 million next year.
