The "What are you playing now?" Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I've been watching a streamer play a pre-release version of Cult of the Lamb, which comes out later this week (the 11th). Game looks like an awesome mix of Hades, Binding of Isaac, and Stardew Valley.

Playing obscene amounts of Destiny 2.

Need to get back on my single player backlog.

That sounds like a day one for me if that's the case. Gonna check it out.

Update: checked it out and am addicted to Cult of the Lamb.

I got it on Friday and played it for four or five hours. Had plans yesterday and today so haven't gotten to go back, but it was a hell of a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to digging back in.

Having watched a streamer play the first six or seven hours, I more or less knew what I was doing from the get go, and so I took it slow and just enjoyed myself since I didn't need to learn the mechanics. I think I'm at around ten or twelve cult members and I've unlocked a couple of useful things like the Outhouse and Missionary, although I've yet to build the latter.

Now I suppose I need to start focusing on expanding my flock and also beat the second area's final boss. I think I need to get through that dungeon two more times to unlock him.

Finally, finally, finally immortal empires for Warhammer 3 is almost here.

I just put 50 hrs in Cyberpunk 2077.
I really like the game and I’m not sure why it got such bad reviews. I’m assuming the game changed a lot since the release and a lot of bugs got fixed? (I’m on the latest patch).

It was a buggy POS at launch. I had it better than most, as I played it on GeForce Now and thus had high-end shit running it for me, but the game was an absolute mess for most people, and I believe it even got recalled on the PS4 because it was so unplayable.

I haven't revisited it in a long time, though, so not sure what they fixed. The gameplay and story seemed compelling enough, so I suppose I should go back and finish it at some point.

I think most of the shit was from the console peasants--specifically previous gen.

Never had any issues on PC and I was only rocking a 1080Ti when it launched.

I played on an RTX2080 at launch and had countless issues with bugs ... No regrets, overall, but it definitely needed more patching prior to release on all platforms.

I really should go back and play Cyberpunk.

Too much other shit to play though.

Before Cyberpunk, I finished Outer Worlds. That was a nice little game to scratch the Fallout itch.

I've been rerunning Dread recently. Absolutely gorgeous game with what is the best movement in the series. Easily my favorite switch game and possibly the best release I've played in about 4 years

Just got a Gamepass trial, any recommendations? Looking for single player/story games.

Edit: Or honestly, I just need a new game in general, gamepass or not
