The "What are you playing now?" Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This is the way.
I've been wireless forever. Had the old 360 wireless adapter, then got the new adapter when I got an xbox elite controller. I don't like needing one, but to MSFT's credit, they actually work really well.

Funny enough, I've always stayed wired on my keyboard and mouse for my desktop (wireless mouse for laptop/work).

Well if you already had a wireless controller, that makes sense, but I think the wired version is a good choice if not. It's a great controller, reliable, durable (had mine for goddamn ever and it still looks new), and the wire is plenty long if you're sitting at a desk.

Yep, had the wireless 360 controllers, bought wireless xbox one controllers for use around the house on my steam links. Have an elite controller for my PC.

I think the last time I had a wired controller was the OG Xbox.

I personally bought the wired controller for my PC. The battery packs/charger I have for my Xbox One is from launch so the batteries themselves don't hold the greatest charge. So between that and kids, it was just easier to keep a wired controller on hand. My wireless controllers tend to go missing for days at a time because I'm too tired to dig through toy boxes to find them.

Same thing I did. The cord is plenty long to comfortably lean back in my desk chair and the 360 controller design is virtually perfect for everything I actually use it for. I don't like it for shooters, but I have my mouse and keyboard for that.

I never understood why people paid more money for the wireless controller than the wired.. you literally save money off the bat, and the wireless requires batteries or a charging station. One of the dumbest things ever

Started an MLB The Show franchise with the Phillies yesterday and played until Bryce Harper retired with 550 HR and just over 3000 hits

That's where I'm at right now
