I know there is a balance of us who do and don't like Randolph and those who want Redd over Miller.I don't think there is a more realistic deal out there other than this if we want to immediately get better this off season.New York and Cleveland will give Memphis a 2009 1rst,Knicks give Cavs 2010 1rst. Milwaukee will attempt to rape us in any deal. Elton Brand is far fetched.Zach is 26 and Mike just turned 28 in February,so these guys can play with Le Bron for a while. Miller can shoot just as good as Redd at a better clip,Zach is a younger version of Brand with less defense and more nasty.ZBo is 6'9 270 Miller is 6'8 220.We are desperate, but not as desperate as the Knicks, and I beleive they would give up Lee before they give up that #6pick.New York would be more than happy to take back Wallace for Randolph and Lowery as a bonus.Memphis gets a steal in Lee/Verajao who they really wanted last summer, plus move Cardinal and get a 1rst in return. This team can win a tittle.Look at the balance.Worst case scenario we leave the knicks out of it,sign Tractor, draft Jawai as our future pf,and just trade with memphis. Jawai is ANIMAL.....MAXIEL,with more size and a better post game though.Oh yeah I almost forgot Mike Brown the offensive version.A guy who knows nothing about defense and everything about offense.

PG:Delonte West/Boobie
SG:Mike Miller/Sasha
SF:LeBron James/Cardinal
PF:Zach Randolph/Nathan Jawai
C:Zydrunas Ilgauskas/Darko

I will not take on Randolph's contract without taking back the #6. Almost looks good though...

Please explain to me why the Knicks would even except Ben Wallace's contract? They just hired Mike D'Antoni who wants to push offense and run. Ben Wallace isn't a scorer.

that's how bad they want randolph gone.Donny Walsh said having eddy and zach in the same front court is redundant.

While I'm not real fan of getting ZBO (man thats a terrible nickname) I can't pretend the upside isn't pretty tempting. I have to applaud the well constructed trade, it's a rare trade that actually rubs on fair to all teams involved. Perhaps a bit MEM-centric and NYK would want a little more maybe a future MEM 2nd rnd pick... but whatever... and the idea of Cardinal spelling Lebron cracks me up enough to take the risk.

On paper, Zach Randolph looks good, but I honestly couldn't see him fitting in well with this team. I could see myself watching a game and being forced to ask myself, "What the hell is he thinking?". I definitely don't want that to happen.
